I requested they send a photo of the bouquet so I could see it since the arrangement I ordered depended on their daily stock, and they sent me a photo before it was delivered! The flowers are beautiful and my friend was surprised and delighted by the fresh, beautiful flowers. The arrangement was delivered at the end of the day and were beat up. Stems broken and almost all of the flowers looked old and wilted. Nothing salvageable. I contacted FTD and the offered to send a new bouquet. The new one was delivered with no notice. They sent the smallest version of that arrangement even though I paid for the large one. The message I wrote online came with a nice card that was typed on the first one. They did a crappy hand write note on a piece of stationary the second time and it looked so bad. The second bouquet was probably worse than the first. The bulbs on the flowers were rotten with mold and were falling apart beneath. This is by far the worst service on flowers like this I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs. You may see this review in other places. I plan to put this out everywhere.
