Professionalism Working with Stephanie at Teague Events was…read moreone of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the beginning, she was incredibly timely and responsive--always replying quickly and thoroughly to any question we had. She went above and beyond by joining us for vendor meetings and venue tours, even when her presence wasn't strictly necessary, just to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her extensive network of vendor connections gave us high-quality options that fit both our vision and our budget. Stephanie also shared practical tips on how to keep things budget-friendly, which allowed us to save without ever feeling like we were cutting corners. Her professionalism and commitment made us feel supported and confident every step of the way. Design & Aesthetic Stephanie has very sophisticated and aesthetic taste, and she elevated the vision we had for our wedding day while staying within our budget (which was tight). She personally helped arrange the table decorations so that everything looked cohesive, balanced, and elegant. The overall design reflected us perfectly as a couple, and with her touch, it felt elevated, intentional, and beautiful. Every detail was thoughtful, and she managed to create a stunning look without ever straying from the financial boundaries we set. Execution on the Big Day When it came to the big day, Stephanie's execution was flawless. She anticipated things we didn't even know to think about--for example, our 95-degree heat could have ruined the flowers, but because she ensured each bloom had its own water source, the arrangements stayed fresh through dinner. Our decorations were exactly as my wife envisioned, but even more stunning with the little touches Stephanie added. She set up our welcome table with minimal instruction (literally just a messy sketch and a box of random pictures, flowers, and decor) and turned it into something beautiful. She seamlessly coordinated a surprise serenade I performed for my wife, ensuring it was timed and staged perfectly. Stephanie executed her job extremely efficiently without ever drawing unnecessary attention to herself, working quietly in the background to keep everything moving smoothly. Every detail was handled with calm precision, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the day. Stephanie made our wedding seamless, stunning, and unforgettable.

She planned…read moremy big sisters wedding about 11 years ago, so within days of my engagement my dad had already booked with Stephanie. Through the entire process Stephanie was amazing. She worked with my husband and I even with us being 2 hours away from her and our wedding being 3 hours away from each of us. Stephanie was able to take my hazy muddled "vibes" of a description and turned it into a beautiful vision. When my dad died and my mom broke nearly ever bone in her body in a car crash just 4 months before the wedding Stephanie became even more valuable, not just as a planner but as a human. I didn't know if I could move forward with the day. She had about 7 different plans in place depending on what I would need, be it pushing things back a year, cutting down the list, or canceling all together. Stephanie took a day that could have been filled with pain and made it stunning. She literally helped me make it down the aisle, and carved out the most beautiful moments to honor my dad all while keeping the day focused on the love my husband and I share. It is not an exaggeration to say I genuinely love Stephanie. She is an incredible planner and a more incredible human. I'm so utterly thankful my memories of this special day all have her smiling in the background, making magic happen.

Jessica was so easy to work with, offered great package options, and had fantastic ideas for drinks that felt fun, thoughtful, and totally elevated. She was also super flexible--working with us to tweak cocktails based on guest allergies and letting us fully personalize the menu by renaming drinks to things meaningful to us (pet names, our wedding date, etc.) and creating a custom bar menu. It made the whole experience feel extra special and very us. Pro tip: get the add-ons. The syrups/juices, hydration station (especially clutch for non-drinkers), and having them handle cups and ice is 1000% worth it. That is the last thing you want to be thinking about on your event day, and they made it completely seamless. They also arrived early to set everything up, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. And Margie?? An absolute rockstar. Not only was she amazing behind the bar, but she jumped in to help with anything and everything--securing table covers that were trying to blow away in the wind, taking out trash, clearing tables, and hopping back behind the bar to keep drinks flowing. Truly went above and beyond. Speaking of the bar: the line never got out of hand (even with 100+ guests), which was incredible. And both Jessica and Margie were so warm and fun & our guests loved chatting with them all night. The drinks themselves were so good, like something you'd happily pay $14 for at a bar. Thoughtfully crafted, consistently delicious, and absolutely something guests were going out of their way to compliment. They really made the whole experience feel elevated and special. Could not recommend Barbility more--we'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I reached out to Jessica about 8 months prior to the May party to get information about her services. I wanted to reach out early, due to graduation weekend in Sac and I wanted to book with vendors way ahead of time. Once hired in contract, Jessica and I had a few calls/ emails to select the craft drinks and discuss all details which I appreciated' the calls, ' cause I am highly organized and a preplanner and so is Jess. The day of the event we only had a couple hours to set up of which, everything went off without an issue. The bar was super cute and all the extra details, like the custom menu, flowers, feathers, decor and extra touches really added a little extra to the bar and hydration station. The guests loved the bar; craft cocktails and the two ladies were so fun and enthusiastic. If you are in the market for a bar service, highly recommend.

Mike "The DJ" Woodall is seriously the best. He was highly recommended by a friend of ours, and…read moreonce we met him we knew he was our guy. Mike has every quality you need in a DJ/MC. We were nervous in choosing a DJ. Trusting someone to run your wedding's time frame is hard to do. But Mike has all the confidence needed for us to trust him... and the day of, he was perfect. He helped with everything. He helped us pick some good songs out of our normal range, and recommended some new music I hadn't even heard of. This guy knows his stuff. He kept the party moving. Each song, which played in a seamless transition, was better than the last. He also was instrumental in helping plan the money dance, father/daughter dance, and every other traditional wedding activity. He made so many suggestions that our wedding planner never even told us about. Seriously, he knows his stuff. Mike is a true professional, and he brings a real personal touch, which is a great, and a much needed quality in a DJ. My wife and I could not recommend Hits Entertainment any higher. If I ever get married again (jk Megan), Mike will be my first call.

We were both worried about our friends and family being too shy to hit the dance floor, but he played such good tunes and was so engaging that the dance floor was FULL!!! We heard so many people say that our wedding was the most fun wedding ever because so many people were festive and dancing. But, let me take a step back to the beginning. Mike was a great DJ from the start. He was very professional and responsive. He helped us plan the music very well because we had no idea what to tell him we wanted him to play. He had helpful guides and cheat sheets that helped us narrow down our musical style. He made many suggestions that helped us think outside of the box so we could please everyone with the type of music played. He met with us several times in preparation for the wedding as well as answered many emails and phone calls. I was worried I was driving him crazy, but he was always helpful and eager to be of service. Just an excellent person and DJ! And, like I said, on the day of the wedding, he did an absolutely fantastic job. Not only was his music great, but he also styled the venue to really POP. He brought so many beautiful lights that he placed in key locations around the dance floor to make a fun and festive vibe. He even matched them to our wedding colors. I noticed the lights looked amazing in the professional photographer's photos. And finally, he was also very helpful in the flow of the day. He made several announcements so people knew what was going on. He wasn't one of those cheesy DJs that everyone wants to shut up (haha). He also taught everyone how to do the Wobble, and everyone, I mean everyone, was totally into it. He was such a good DJ. I wish we could get married every month and have him be our DJ...haha!!

I recently got married in Tahoe City and was so glad to have worked with Rich. From day one, Rich was professional and responsive. He was well prepared, came to the venue early, and was a wonderful presence throughout the night. He's fun, warm and on top of things, without any of the cheesiness that I've seen at so many weddings. Our wedding music was hugely important to me, and Rich completely delivered (and patiently dealt with my Type-A requests! :)). From the pre-ceremony to the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and most importantly -- reception (!), Rich did such a fabulous job. Not only did he play excellent music that mapped to what we wanted, but he was an invaluable emcee, directing people to the different stages of the night, introducing the wedding party and getting the toasts and first dances started. My friends and family love to dance, and Rich helped make our reception perfect. I'm still hearing stories from guests about how fabulous he was, and what a fun dance party he created. Pictures attached to give you a bit of an idea of how much fun we had! Rich was exactly what we were looking for and what we needed for our special day!

We loved getting to know him throughout the planning process--geeking out about music together and catching one of his DJ sets at Garden at the Line (highly recommend!) He invested the time to learn about us and our goals for the event, and absolutely delivered: the sound for the ceremony and toasts was flawless, and he kept the dance floor PACKED all night. We got so many compliments ("all bangers!") and truly could not have imagined a better musical experience for us and our guests. For someone so knowledgeable about music and professional about the overall execution, Eli is incredibly lowkey and humble. He lets the music speak for itself and keeps everyone grooving all night. He was also incredibly generous with us leading up to the wedding: For one, he mixed a version of our first dance song several weeks before the wedding so we could practice to it. From the arrival of our guests to our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and finally an epic dance party, Eli kept the vibes high with his playlists! We're a few months post wedding and are STILL receiving compliments on all of the music that was played throughout our entire event. Eli has an incredible ability to read the room and pivot wherever needed based on how the crowd was reacting, there was not a single person in the seats - the dance floor was packed all night! On top of all of this, Eli is an overall great guy. He's easy to talk to, he listens to all of your ideas, and brings an infectious level of enthusiasm to each conversation! We loved our pre wedding check ins with him, and during the wedding you could just feel how much fun he was having. We've danced the night away at so many weddings, but none will ever match the experience of Eli DJing ours.
