We had purchased a 10 plan package (and only used the initial one, which is when we purchased the package at their recommendation) and when we requested a refund (with a price penalty - obviously we would not expect the package discount to be applied) of the remaining nine sessions, we were suddenly told that the packages are not refundable. This was certainly not made clear at the initial session and there is nothing in writing in the consent forms. In retrospect, their approach was a very aggressive sell with the primary goal seeming to be to strongly recommend that their clients buy multiple sessions up front, but then they seem to be unable to actually schedule the sessions. We do not recommend using them at all.
