This guy is very arrogant, and argumentative. In addition, he calls me and asks me if I have home owners insurance and telling me to file a claim for my pool pump. If I have home owners insurance I should only pay $100 and they will call him to repair the pump. I said thanks and hung up. I went online to pentair and found a licensed contractor through Pentair, and they came to take the pump. They were shocked at the extended of the damage of my pump. After further inspection, it turns out my pump exploded probably from these guys ignorance or maybe intentional to charge my home insurance for this. Attached are the photos and the message from the contractor. I would never recommend this business. Update: The final cost to repair $1,057.75, because In addition to the pump exploding, it cause damage to the plumbing.

Where do I start, this company honestly works extremely hard. The staff they have are professional,…read morehonest, and hardworking. The owner really does everything in his power to keep every customer happy. He's a very direct person but he's honest. If there is an issue he will fix it 100%. If you are a rude customer I'm sure he tries until you cross the line. Then he tells you to kick rocks. I'm 100% certain that he runs this business with integrity. He overall will help you as much as possible and he will keep your pool looking great. Oh and you can call him direct anytime of the day for pool advise/help even FaceTime. His prices are super fair for what you get. It's all relative because he's a REAL pool company and is CPO Certified. Call him and I bet you will think the same. If you had a bad experience with him send him a text I'm sure he will try to make a right.

From the first visit, their professionalism was evident--clear communication, punctual arrivals, and thorough, no-nonsense service every time. Ethan, in particular, goes above and beyond; he takes the time to explain what he's doing, flags potential issues early, and makes sure everything is handled correctly before he leaves. It's rare to find a team that combines technical expertise with such genuine care for their customers, and SplashTech delivers on both. Highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable, top-tier pool service without the headaches.

Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more We are new to Bakersfield and we called almost every pool cleaning service we can find...and then we called Splash around and I do not regret it. I spoke to a few very rude pool cleaners that left a bad first impression. George knows what he's doing. Our pool was really dirty and it is spotless now! He is honest and his pricing is very reasonable. We are now enjoying our pool almost everyday. Thank you so much George!

He did ask me about my problems I was having with my filter though. I had put it together myself and wasn't actually sure I'd done it correctly. He offered to come by after work and take a look at it for free! Who even does that? Well, Scott does! He showed up and checked my connections and gave me some really useful information about the pump, chemicals, upkeep and future placement of the pool for next year! And he gave me some extra stuff to help me seal the drips I had because he had switched to a new brand for his own work! If I could hire him to do my pool, I would do it in a heart beat! Scott really cares about customers and doing the right thing regardless of what he might get out of it in the future! I highly recommend Scott if you want to be able to learn about your pool and get support for your backyard adventures! :)

I hate to rate 1 star ratings, but my experience with Daniel has been extremely negative. Daniel doesn't come regularly like Scott did, matter fact when our pool was serviced by Scott he maintained our pool weekly and made sure to take good care of us, now... we'll be lucky if Daniel even services our pool. My husband has tried to reach out to Daniel so may times thru text, but Daniel ignores it. Daniel continues to charge us for monthly maintenance and services, but does not service our pool at all. Our pool has become green and now we have to probably find another pool guy. Daniel is not an honest person and the integrity of this company is no longer something that is not valued. It's unfortunate, especially for us as the customers. I would no longer recommend this company to anyone I know or anyone looking for pool service. If I could go back in time and choose a pool company, it would not be this one unless the pool guy was going to only be Scott, unfortunately Daniel doesn't have the same work ethic like Scott. Daniel is a really nice person, but we are looking for someone to service our pool, not just be a friendly person.

Joel with Pool-Perfection is AMAZING! We've had our pool for 3 years, all of which we've never had…read morethe pool been swimmable for more than a day or two at a time. Our previous pool guy was constantly shocking it, constantly working on the yellow algae, and it was always a light tinge of green. It looked like our skimmer never really worked but I'd finally been fed up with it long enough as of about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I knew it couldn't be our pump as the problem for that amount of time because when we moved in about 3 years ago it was almost a brand new pump, top of the line. I fired the old guy and gave Pool Perfection a call. Joel answered on the second ring, spoke perfect English, was able to give me a quote over the phone in about 30 seconds (as opposed to the other guys who wanted to schedule an appointment to come out and see the pool....taking up tons of time) and was able to get the pool sparkling clear blue in about 2 weeks. The first week he tested the filter and water and did a couple things to it. When he came back for the second visit, 1 week later it wasn't sparkling blue already which isn't what he was expecting. He took time to look through the filter and realized the old guy had set a setting to where it'd turn off after about a day, and it'd have my water just sit for the other 6 days of the week. It was deep in the settings. He had the expertise to find this problem and fix it there on the spot. By the end of the second week my pool was clearer and bluer and more inviting than I'd ever seen it ... EVER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pool Perfection to anyone who's having current issues with their pool or pool service. They're reliable and actually know what they're doing. Their pricing is also right in line with everyone else, giving them top-notch value. My husband and I are SO THANKFUL to Pool Perfection!
