Dan and Kelley are the owners and they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. great business and great people.

Michael came to my mountain cabin on time and was efficient, knowledgeable, and good-natured. He helped me understand my old locks and gave suggestions about ways I could address some issues myself in the future. I won't hesitate to use them again (if Michael is available ;) read more

Absolutely the worst, they lost my gun and there's very little knowledge here. I'm not sure how they stay in business

Great customer service! as soon as you walk in you're already greeted with help. Chris is a life saver, he helped in getting my glove box open in my car with no issues at all. Super nice guy! read more

Dan, Kelly and staff are great. They are very welcoming, knowledgeable and provide great customer service. I will definitely do back there.

If you need a vehicle key programmed, this is the place to go. Massively cheaper than the dealers. Highly recommended!

we talked to Chris who solved our key fob problem over the ph and declined our offer to pay for his help. How often does that happened? Thank you read more

I had an issue with my side door not locking. I called them in the morning and by mid afternoon the problem was resolved and the door now locks properly. And their fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.. read more

I've Used Them Twice Both Times Everything Was Done To My Liking. They Even Put On Heavier Locks Then I Thought I Was Getting.

Need to get a key cut? Then this is the place to go. Dan had made a copy of my car key in literally less than 60 seconds (and it worked perfectly). I was in and out of there in no time I would highly recommend the his shop to anyone! Definitely a lifetime customer, thanks again Dan! read more

I went in on March 25th to have a key made for our front door. When I got home, the key didn't work, I called and Chris said to bring it back and he would make another one. I went in today, March 26 and Chris made me another key. He told me to before I left the store if that didn't work, they would come out to see what the problem was. It didn't work and I called and Chris came out as promised. He was able to figure out why the key was not opening the door and explained to me what the issue was and it actually had to do with the original key. He also checked to make sure that the key that he made opened the other doors in our home, which did. I have never received such excellent customer service at any level! Thank you, Chris. Beaumont Safe And Lock is amazing!! read more

Dan and Kelly gave me great service. I would highly recommend them, My product was ready for me in a timely manner.

They know their gun laws. Called several other shops around the valley and none of them know the CA laws. It's costing them business for sure. Thanks for making transactions quick and easy. Highly recommend this business. read more

I bought my first gun here a few years ago and still continue to come back. You can't find better prices, I have family working in other stores like Turners or bass pro and we still choose to come here because of the family/friendly environment and positivity. Thanks for being so helpful guys! read more

This is a great place to purchase a gun. Staff is very knowledgeable and they have great prices. They really help you every step of the way. I would recommend this place. read more

Hands down the best safe and lock shop anywhere. I've used their services in a professional capacity since they opened. Extremely: Competent, Friendly and Affordable 'and they don't take advantage of you just because you are in the middle of your own personal emergency'. You can't go wrong making them your very first call. read more

They're prices are ridiculous. When bringing up the ridiculous price I got nice comments in response and then nasty condescending DMs. Superbly unprofessional. Price gouging and then claiming its MSRP and the firearm has "high visibility sites" lmao. MSRP is NOT that high and high viz sites don't justify a $100-160 markup in comparison to other local shops and even Bass Pro regardless of in stock or special order. Then after responding with fact got blocked on Facebook lol! How childish for an ex-LEO to act. Will never take my business here. read more

Very helpful and friendly. Had my remote programmed and a spare car key made. Reasonable price.

I have purchased 2 safes and various other things from this outstanding business over the last 2 years. I have been very happy with everything I have got from them, and on top of that, Dan and Kelley are GREAT people who care about their customers. They have many services there where you can pay your utility bills, get keys made, open and re-key locks. You can even purchase some of the best quality guns around along with ammo. Lastly, their whole staff are very friendly. Chris and Bearded Mike are 2 of the nicest dudes who are highly trained and specialized in opening locks. I highly recommend this company. read more

Needed a few things and drove all the way from the Coachella Valley. I was willing to drive there because Dan, the owner, was positive and helpful over the phone. When I arrived, I found Dan and his team to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and customer-centered ... at very fair prices. They have good product too. Upon leaving that day I knew that I found my go-to business. Thanks Dan & team, as a great experience is difficult to find these days, and you provide that. read more

Stopped in today for a couple new ignition keys. Dan crafted a master from my worn key, tested it himself on my truck, then cut two new ones for less than $6. Old fashioned customer service you don't often find anymore. BSL gets all my locksmithing business from now on. read more

Terrible customer service. They are also a gun shop. Went there today looking for a particular model firearm and was told by TWO individuals that the firearm was NOT on the Calif. DOJ List of Approved Firearms. Both the manufacturer and the DOJ have certified that the firearm IS approved for purchase in Calif. It is on the very first page of the DOJ list. Armscor ECS .45 3.5inch barrel. Certification good until 1/20222. The owner needs to check before he gives the wrong information. read more

I recently bought a gun online and shipped it to this FFL . Great experience ! The transfer fee is only $75 other gun stores in the area charge $100. Can't say enough about how good the service is here. I need many keys made every month, & I often go out of my to come here, because I know they will be knowledgeable, do the job right, & stand behind their work. I only wish they had longer hours & were open on Saturday! read more

Locked myself out. The office called me to tell me when the worker was coming over. Within about an hour from my call the service guy showed up. Truck all labelled with the company name, and his uniform and Id Tag on . Was very clean, and professional and kind. He opened my door and I paid him, tipped too, and got a receipt. I recommend this company for lockouts. He said they also do, commercial, automotive and Have a store that sells safes and other goods. Gotta check them out. Great customer service, both for the keys/locks as well as the firearm business. Will always give them my business

When you're the best it shows. The customer service was fantastic. Nice people especially for a first time gun purchase. Answered all my stupid questions and made me feel at ease making the right purchase. Handled all my paperwork in a professional manner and have to wait just a little longer until my new Smith & Wesson M&P shield 9 mm comes home. Best part of this business, is they answer the phone even though it's ringing off the hook. Great job guys thank you very much for a great experience. read more

I just had an experience that really shook me up. I was at the Stater Brothers on 6th in Beaumont (right next door to Beaumont safe and lock), I walked out to my car to leave, put the baby in, went to get in myself and heard the doors lock. Apparently he had taken the keys out of my purse and was now locked in the car. Immediately I was calling for help when Chris from Beaumont safe and lock came running with his tool box and had my baby free in no time. There are not enough hugs and thank you's! He didn't even take my money. What a great company. I'm now a customer for life. I'm so thankful! read more
