The best part of course is visiting with all the cats and kittens. I love that the money I am using to attend the events go towards the Lounge and helping the felines. My friend and I have talked about visiting after work to spend some time together and hang out with the kitties. There's also a cute little gift shop with items for people and pets. We've used Glenda and her team to look after our cats for going on 6 years. Before our first…read moreservice, she came to our house to meet us and our fur babies. As others have mentioned, she takes detailed notes about each pet so she and her team can insure the best care. When we started with Four Footed Fitness, we had 3 senior cats and scheduled two 30 minute visits each day. We've stayed with this schedule, even though we now have younger cats. The team is great! They open shades when they come in the morning and take care of feeding, freshening water, and play time. In the evening, they clean the litter box, take care of feeding, and play with the cats. They also bring in the mail, close the shades, take out trash, and check the fountain outside - adding water, if needed. We get photos and a message from both the morning and evening visits each day. The team also checks in to make sure we arrived home at the scheduled time. It's nice to know that they have our cats covered if we're delayed for any reason! We highly recommend Glenda and her team.

I made an appointment for my dog's teeth cleaning and extraction. They were so great at talking me through the process and what I needed to do. The price was one forth of what my primary vet wanted to charge. I brought my boy in at 0700 hours and the staff was wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They calmed my fears and then the vet looked at my boy and advised there would probably be some extractions. She asked if I had any questions and took the time to answer them. She was very kind. I got stuck in traffic to pick my boy up afterwards and a wonderful staff member waited for me even though they were already closed. She was so kind and patient while advising me about my dogs after care and about how the procedure went. I wish that I would have got her name. I am just so impressed with the level of professionalism and care that my dog and I received. I highly recommend coming here and so wish they were closer to use them all the time.

Misunderstandings regarding claims have also led to conflicts, primarily due to their lack of attentive listening. Overall, I am dissatisfied with my experiences and have decided to seek a new veterinarian. There are better options available in town, so I recommend exploring other choices.
