What I like is that they've always been very reliable and flexible with us (we have a lot of schedule changes). It was two ladies from Ukraine who didn't speak a lot of English but they understood my requests and did a great job. They did well with what they did so I am thinking of booking them again.

Two ladies came and were immediately ready to get started. Due to the language barriers I couldn't review my specifics with them but trusted whomever scheduled communicated what I requested. I have 3 floors and they started on the top floor. After they moved to the next floor I looked over the work and still saw soap scum on the ledge in the shower, dirt in the window, heavy dust on bathroom vent and several other issues. I called them back to show upstairs but only pointed out one of the items due to the time. When I checked on the next level I saw several area of concerns. At this point we are 4 1/2 hrs in and one more floor to go. I communicated my concerns with the person I scheduled with and informed I was going to have them stop rather than spend more money and I was unhappy with the quality of work. To clarify, I did not rush them at any time, I also waited to review their work after they fully completed the floor. After the 2nd completed floor I requested services to stop They offered to have them come back and provided a small discount due to the inconvenience. Because the level of service is not to my standard I declined the return but appreciated them trying to make it right. Unfortunately they didn't work for me but I saw other great reviews.

We're already looking forward to every future cleaning and would highly, enthusiastically recommend Jika's Cleaning to anyone.

I have used the same company for my house cleaning for years and while they did a great job most of the time, the quality was not consistent. I decided I wanted to venture out and see my other options and found Dust to Shine. I admit, I have very high standards and expectations and I am not easy to please, however I was thoroughly impressed by how quickly the ladies worked. My first appointment was pricier than I'm used to paying, but I wasn't shocked since I was unable to get my house cleaned for almost 3 months (due to unforeseen circumstances). The initial clean also tends to be pricier so I was not shocked at all. I recommend Dust to Shine wholeheartedly if my first experience with them is how they work every time.
