I love to go to Harley Shops in different towns on my travels. I don't always check in, but this shop was cool and HUGE. Lot's of things to buy if you like Harely gear. I went in because one of my coworkers back in Williston ND asked me if I could pick up some shirts for him if they had a store in the area. Lucky guy! I love technology, so I took some pics on the smart phone and SMS'd him two black shirts because he likes black so he could see the designs. He wanted both shirts, so I bought both and what made it even better is that there was NO sales tax. So glad I came to Montana to shop and not have to pay extra. Anyway, the service was really friendly and the store was super clean as you would expect in a place like this. I asked one of the sales girls if she could take a picture of me on their Harley game to show I was in the store. All I can say is big ups to the folks who work here. You look like you're having fun. I hope this review confirms to other folks who shop there that you guys rock! Thanks for allowing me the experience to come through your store.

I can see why this dealer gets poor reviews on Yelp. The behavior of the service department is driving new bike sales to other dealers.

Nice friendly staff, great atmosphere. I had a pretty good time there. I will be making future purchases from this store.

(He has an engineering degree so he REALLY understands geometries and the mechanicals of bikes!) I rode mountain bikes a lot with him for a couple of years and then stepped away from the sport for a few years for personal reasons. He knew I had a passion for riding and was essentially one of the driving forces to get me back into something I absolutely loved. When it came time to building a new bike because my old one was given to my daughter, I knew there was only one person that would be up to the task. I was very particular about this build and Sam was so very accommodating to me and I trusted his advice because he knows my riding style. He wanted me to be completely happy with the bike and love it because if it came up short, I might of stepped away from the sport completely. Granted, he doesn't know the riding style of everyone that walks into his shop but he will ask the questions to get the feel of what the customer wants and help them choose what best fits them. I love the location of his shop too and not to mention Laney the shop dog that loves to greet you!

WARNING / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more On February 4, 2025, I purchased a Kawasaki Ridge Crew HVAC with cash. After bringing it home and driving it, I noticed a significant vibration once the machine reached about 45 mph. Since something clearly wasn't right, I took it to another certified dealer to have it looked at. Their finding: the tire requires 1/2 pound of wheel weights to balance--or possibly an entirely new tire. As most people know, that amount of weight on a tire generally means something else is wrong. So now begins the process of getting it fixed. Thankfully, I also paid extra for the extended warranty, which you would think would make things smoother. Instead, we are now going on three weeks without a resolution. Each time I call to check on the status, I'm assured I'll receive a call back... which then mysteriously never happens. I also requested a copy of the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) that was supposedly completed before the unit was sold. I was told by my sales associate that it's an "internal document." Interestingly enough, the machine had exactly 0 miles on it when I received it. If a proper PDI had actually been performed, I'm fairly confident the vibration would have been noticed. I'm not a mechanic, but even I could tell something wasn't right. While looking through the owner's manual, I also noticed there is a PDI checklist meant to be reviewed and signed by both the dealer and the customer, with each receiving a copy. So naturally, it raises the question: why is the PDI that was supposedly completed such a secret? Moral of the story: If I had financed this machine instead of paying cash, I simply wouldn't have made the first payment and they could come pick it up. Instead, I paid in full and purchased the extended warranty--so one would assume resolving the issue would be a priority. At this point, the only real question is: how long should fixing a brand-new machine take? Needless to say, I'm not a happy customer. This has simply been my personal experience, so consider this a heads-up if you're planning to purchase one. Good luck.

I purchased a spare belt ($224) and asked the service desk to walk me thru installing it. He said he didn't have time or a machine, just watch the videos on YouTube. His attitude was absolutely dismissive. He said it was very involved and special tools are required, turns out the special tool is a 17mm bolt. I felt like he was just angling to get me in to the shop at $150/hr. The salesman told me when I bought it that I must use their oil and filters to maintain the warranty. That is wrong, unethical and I think illegal. Terrible attitudes!! The finance guy and parts was the only persons there who were helpful.
