If I could give them a zero star I would. A few years ago I bought a nice Victory, used, from them. Friends of mine who are die-hard American machine riders led me to the deal. The shop had to put a new tire on as part of the deal. When I started riding the bike over longer rides I realized the back wheel was unstable - hard to explain. I spoke to the shop many times and they were never able to find the problem I described. When I got to Phoenix, AZ on a multi day ride, I took it to a Victory dealer there. The mechanic saw the issue in a second, fixed it, and advised me to have the rear suspension and drive train checked out, belt replaced due to damage done over time because of what he had to fix. Back to Yellowstone Polaris, I spoke to the service dept and to Todd (owner). The service dept saw the need to serve me by checking what happened as a courtesy and make sure all is in order. Todd refused, and said at full invoice price he would be happy to have his service dept check the bike out, but courtesy check will not happen. Well, needless to say all work done on my bike, such as tires, new pipes, power commander, etc, after that was given to Bad Boys, even though they are mainly Harley guys. It came time for my handle bar bushings to be replaced and I thought to give Yellowstone a chance. Well, what a mistake. After having my bike in the shop (well, actually outside the shop without covering it) for 12 weeks, yes, 3 months, they did the job suddenly one day only because I asked Polaris USA to step in and ask the dealer what is up with the delay? For 6 weeks I got the response "we have the parts now" when I called to check. Ridiculous. If you need to invest in a machine, make darn sure you do not do so at Yellowstone Polaris. Todd could not care less about his customers. The mechanics probably know what they are doing, but I feel for them having to work for Todd who runs a business with zero customer service. My friends are buying Indian and Slingshot these days, but absolutely refuse to do so at Yellowstone Polaris. One of my friends actually does his business in Yuma, AZ, and tells Yellowstone about his avoidance of them, and still, Todd could not care less. The amount of money I can calculate spent elsewhere, which could have been spent at Yellowstone by my friends, in 2017 alone, exceeds $250,000 . Maybe Todd is wealthy enough and does not need the business. Polaris, we need good service if you want us to stay loyal to you. If you can, intervene please. read more
