Juneau Trading Company, and that I should call them for a solution. They are now not taking my calls. I was on a cruiseship and am also considering contacting the cruise ship company to lodge a complaint about Mt. Juneau Trading Company's business practices. I seek a refund or replacement. I consider the bouquet received to be a disrespect to my wife's memory and her service to our country for which she gave her life. I also consider it despicable that the bouquet delivered had any semblance to the bouquet I ordered. I responded to their request for review they emailed upon delivery and still have not received ANY reply from them a week later.
