I hesitate to write such a good review as I don't want to let the secret out. We are from Colorado and we got a tip from a local who goes there from Kemerer, WY. This place is legit as it gets. The owner, chef and server is a one-man show and what a show it is. Our only disappointment was that his slow cooked chicken wasn't done when we arrived at noon so no chicken sandwich, torta or quesadilla. We had to "settle" for a Waygu beef burger which was perfect and had some nice Dominican-style spices and sauce on the bun. Fries were great too and I highly suggest you try the fried plantains of which their are two styles, The owner was nice enough to split the serving into one of each kind...both were delicious. We are excited to go back and try the chicken sandwiches. read more
