Then my sister went in first and I waited in the waiting area. I was offered a whole cold bottle of water, which for some of you might feel like a standard, but I thought it was a wonderful add! The massage was great. The masseuse was polite and paused frequently to ask if I was doing okay (if I needed more or less pressure, feeling ok, etc.) She was able to get the knots I really needed to get rid of. The hot stone was presented and I said sure why not...but it didn't really do much for me. It wasn't warm enough. Though the service was good, the ending was not very consistent to the whole experience. We came in with the understanding that the price was $39.99 and with tip would be $48 each. We only brought cash with us and paid together. We handed her a $100 bill thinking we'd get back $6 after tip. I think she got confused as to why we wanted to change back. After much back and forth, we realized that the services weren't listed with updated prices. The service was $49 instead of $39. (which means if we calculated with tip, we underpaid her by $20.) We felt bad walking out because we thought we brought a 20% tip with us but we ended up only giving them $2. Just beware if you go, it's still pretty decently priced but bring extra cash or a card in case it happens to you. 1 star knock off purely for the fact that the advertised price was not the true price.

A 24 hour cancellation notice would have allowed to make alternate plans somewhere else.
