Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

I actually was not going to buy a car from here because they did not negotiate with me very well in the beginning. They let me leave on Tuesday night as they said they couldn't beat the price a competitor had quoted me. Sure enough, Wednesday morning I hear that they can match the price of the competitor! I told them I didn't need them to match it, I needed them to beat it--and they did. Garrett in the Finance department was friendly and helpful. We had to redo all my paperwork about a week later due to my old title not being in my name, but he was very pleasant about helping me and redoing everything. Out of 3 dealerships I looked at, Beardmore initially offered me the lowest value on my trade-in. However, I got them up on this. Just be careful as I was very surprised at their low-ball offer. After speaking with a really nice salesman, he left for about 20 minutes to go get the keys. Why would it take that long? After getting the keys, he said that it's on a lift getting an inspection/work done. Why would they list it without having done an inspection of it yet? We walk out to their shop and it's on a lift with the exhaust off, which could be good or bad? And the vehicle had a lot of scrapes, chips and scratches so I looked at it for a couple minutes and said I wasn't interested. The salesman was nice about it and understood. If they had another vehicle that I was interested in, I wouldn't mind going back but they don't have the best reputation around the heartland.
