My wife saw this place on Yelp so I drove our car there. The shop is small and easy to drive past if you aren't paying attention. I walked inside and the owner/ manager was on the phone with someone. He advised me to wait and I did. He told me his tire guy was at lunch, but I could pull the car to the bay and was welcome to use his air. I used their air with the pressure gauge and my tire filled up. He told me if you use 7/11 it will just drain air from your tires. He didn't charge me anything and I was so grateful. Someone could have easily taken advantage of me, especially being from out of state. Based on his honesty and integrity I would highly recommend this place.

I requested service through AAA and Sebastian came out and arrived even sooner than the estimated hour wait (it's the mountains, an hour in itself isn't a bad wait tbh) by about 15 or 20 mins, which was a pleasant surprise. Sebastian was super kind and respectful, fast and efficient, and was very helpful. I just needed to fill my tires with air because they were getting lower than I was comfortable with driving on the mountain roads. He filled my tires, and when I asked if he thought I should replace my tires soon because they look a bit worn, he gave an honest and informative answer that they were fine for a while, although because I have front wheel drive I should have them rotated to the back when I get back home. I asked if he wouldn't mind checking my oil while he was here too and he was happy to. Said it looked good, nothing to worry about there. And he even checked my coolant and break fluid, which he said were a little low and should be addressed when I get home to OC. As always AAA is a great value and I don't use it often but I'm extremely glad I didn't have to go to a gas station and figure out how to use an air pump myself (it would've been a disaster). Sebastian was incredible and now I know exactly who to call whenever I need car services when I'm in the mountains. He's respectful, honest, kind, and helpful so I'm def a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you guys!

They replaced our pump with no cost. This showed outstanding integrity since In the past, we've dealt with mechanics who shrug off their mistakes and make it seem like it's your fault to get more money out of you. Not the case here. As a mechanic myself, I regularly help people with small situations like this when I can so the lack of basic courtesy was really disappointing.
