Jack is a lifesaver! While out camping, our car broke down on a remote dirt road outside of Fawnskin late Saturday afternoon. Our insurance contacted Bear Valley towing and he picked us up, took us out to the car, then dropped us off at a hotel before driving our car to the closest service center... In Redlands! He even gave us his direct number and told us to call if we couldn't find a ride out of Big Bear the next day, as most places are shut down on Sunday. We really felt taken care of and that he went above and beyond for us. I hope this never happens again but it's nice to know that there are good people willing to step in and help. read more

Words can not express how grateful I am for the guys at Bear Valley Roadside. My daughter and I stopped by a gas station on our way back to Long Beach after celebrating my friends 40th birthday. We had a family emergency and needed to get home so I was very stressed. My insurance company contacted Bear Valley and they came very quickly! They put air in my tires, however my tire would not hold the air. They told me that they can tow my car to Redlands such everything was closed on Sundays. I contacted my insurance and elevates my service request to a tow. They sent Terry out and he towed my car to Redlands. I was so stressed but the kindness and superb service provided by all the guys really saved the day! Again I cannot express how grateful I am for these guys! read more

HUGE thank you to John at Bear Valley Roadside!!! I was driving a truck with travel trailer when it died-right on a corner with nowhere to pullover. Before I could call AAA a tow truck coming down, had offered to help me. He turned around and quickly got me chained up and towed to the next turn out. I was sooo thankful to be safe on the side of the road within minutes!!! Very nice driver--made sure I was okay and that someone was coming to help me before he had to leave on a call. He even declined a tip after all his help. Hopefully I won't need towing for awhile-but I would definitely recommend this company! Very professional and friendly service read more

I cannot give Nathan enough stars. After being abandoned by Big Bear Towing company without so much as a phone call to say they wouldn't help us, I did a yelp search to find another option to help wench our truck out of a crazy steep driveway where it had slid off the pavement. Nathan answered my call and let me know he'd be happy to help and what his ETA was. He kept us updated to when he'd arrive as traffic in the mountain was pretty crazy that day. Upon arrival, he told us it was a tricky wench maneuver, but no problem and he'd get the truck out without any damage. And he did in 20 minutes. Awesome guy, really good at all he does and super friendly. I'd recommend him over any tow service out there. read more

I can't say enough positive things about Nathan and his company, Bear Valley Roadside. My young daughter and I were stranded in the middle of the desert on our way to a camping trip when my Subaru broke down again. After a local towing company bailed on us, our insurance company contacted Nathan. Although he was hours away, he agreed to come help us. He was extremely kind to me and my daughter. When he stopped to use the bathroom (after driving for hours to come rescue us), he bought us some water and a snack. After we finally dropped off my car (the closest Subaru dealer was over 30 miles away), he loaded up all of our camping equipment into his tow truck and drove us to the airport where we could rent a car. Then he waited for us so we could load all of our camping equipment into the rental car. Even though our trip was delayed by about eight hours, I still got to take my daughter camping thanks to Nathan. I hope I never need his help again, but if I do, there is no one I would rather call for a tow! Highly, highly recommend!!!! read more
