His price was the lowest of the three that we got estimates from but we did not choose him on that alone. He seemed like he really cared and was well-equipped (both with staff and equipment) to do what we needed. Mike and his crew took down three trees (and ground stumps for two of them) and did very careful trimming of an old oak that is the centerpiece of our back yard. Despite it being Christmas Eve, Mike's Tree Service arrived when they said they would. Mike and his crew came prepared with the proper equipment and removed all three trees within 2 hours. As soon as the crew left I called to complain and they said they would be back in two days. Finally on August 23, 2021 I called after hearing nothing. They said they the lifted the canopy to 14-17 feet like on the estimate. I reminded them I asked for 20 feet. I also asked why did they not cut dead limbs. They responded that would be more money. I feel ripped off. Sox and Freeman came to day. I pointed out what had not been trimmed They agreed that there was work to be done. They came back and did a wonderful job. Exactly what I asked for.
