Having bike around downtown Knoxville before, I was excited to try out this trail. This one. A…read morelittle more outdoors and rustic. Turns out it might just be a Greenway/nice road bike girly. Area currently has a lot of construction going on but it's pretty well marked. I parked at a church, which turned out to be a delightful little restaurant and brewery. What an amazing way to end a bike ride. Maybe not the best way to start it. But hey, no judgment here. There are also if you porter potties, which were medium level clean and I appreciate them. I went on a Sunday and they were definitely people, but it wasn't overly busy. Lots of children trying out tricks. The problem I have with this trail is that it is short little burst of fun challenges. When I run and bike, I prefer to just get on the bike and go for hours. Just because it's not my jam doesn't mean it doesn't serve a purpose though. And I definitely appreciate it being in the area. There are wood, bridges and stumps, ramps, and other fun little woodsy elements. I definitely think it could be for all ages trying out their tricks. Even had some people walking. If I had more time, I would have explored whether it goes to the road or Greenway. I did a tiny few detours, but they always ended at the road with busy traffic and not a lot of bike lane action. Definitely recommend the spot If you wanna try a little tricks and are in the area. It was beautiful greenery with tons of wildflowers all around. Very nice people.

I came to River Sports looking for a coat for the winter, and while I found one, the service I was…read moregiven was incredibly bad. An employee, not sure of his name, kept trying to recommend me more and more items and then made a joke about me taking too long to decide on a coat. I should've just walked out the, but I ended up buying a pretty nice coat, which was not cheap whatsoever. I was happy with the quality. It looked perfect on the outside, but once I got back home I realized that there were multiple zippers in one of the pockets (which a production error, they're only meant to have 1 zipper) and they chafe against my hands whenever I try to put my hands in my pockets. What kind of business do you have to be to sell a defective coat at full price?

My family had a wonderful experience this morning doing the Mega Zip!…read more Our guides were Alyssa, Bobby, and Sky! They had great attitudes/personalities and really enhanced the experience This place takes safety very seriously and the guides teach you how to be safe and do multiple safety checks throughout the entire experience to make sure everything goes smoothly. All of my fears were calmed by how thorough they were. And they actually have a tiny "demo" ZipLine that they have you do first- to make sure you know what to do and can handle the Mega Zip. THE "Mega Zip" ZIPLINE WAS A BLAST!!! And the views from the ZipLine, the top of the mountain, and on the way up in the bus are gorgeous. 10/10 would come back again! Very safe and very fun!

Pluto's is the type of small town big feel establishment that you need for all your disc golf…read moreneeds. While they also have a ton of stuff for skateboarders as well, there cream of the crop is definitely disc golf. I've been to Pluto's a couple of times in the past when visiting the Knoxville area. What's cool about Pluto's is that they have free maps of all the disc golf parks in the Knoxville and Farragut areas if you ask. The staff is also very nice and approachable. For this place, think comic book store but for disc golf, it's got exactly that feel. They have a huge selection of discs at various weights, as well as collectible discs that are no longer being printed and "light weight" discs for your girl or your guy who has no throw. I went in here recently to pick up a new champion plastic and was by no means disappointed. This place gets five stars because: 1: the place has a relaxed and chill comic book store feel but is for a different kind of nerd. 2: the staff are not only approachable and friendly, but they are also knowledgeable about the areas the store sells. 3: the selection for disc golfers here is on fleek!! 4: they have types of discs here that are rare. They have lightweight discs here, which is also rare. 5: the price for discs is not too bad.
