My family and I booked a UTV tour at Wildside. While we were waiting for our tour to start, a storm came in and the employees informed us that there was lightening in the area and we weren't going to be able to go on the UTV Tour. That is completely understandable for safety concerns and wasn't an issue. The issue was when we went to go get a refund, they told us they don't " usually give refunds ". They instead offered a 1 year voucher to come back at another time or reschedule for another date in the week and said that was all they could do. Not acceptable. When we booked directly with Wildside, at no point in time were we told there were no refunds. People are spending their hard earned money to go on these tours. Many people booking these tours are tourists coming for just a short time on vacation, already have an itinerary of other plans for the rest of the trip, and won't be able to just simply come back another time. Only providing a 1 year voucher would also require you to have to book another trip to Pigeon Forge and use said voucher within a year. With the way businesses go in and out in the Pigeon Forge area, who is to say it will even still be there in a year? After prodding and not taking no refunds for an answer, the "director" looked at the "manager" and said " just give them a refund to get them out of here ". So unprofessional. Businesses that don't provide refunds for an experience that is canceled are a scam. You shouldn't have to argue with the management to get your money back, let alone deal with the lack of professionalism we experienced. Needless to say, we won't be back. read more

Our family recently had the pleasure of experiencing a UTV tour at WildSide, and it was an unforgettable adventure! My friends and I went to Wildside to celebrate our graduations and it was the best experience we've had together. We did the Zipline and UTV ride. For the Zipline we had the guides Cam, Bobby, and Christy. They were amazing and extremely funny. They made sure we were extremely safe while still being such goofy personalities. We challenged Cam to a race on the Zipline (he won by a long shot even after giving us a head start). We then did the UTV rides and we had the most amazing driver, Dale. Dale was an absolute delight. He was so knowledgeable about the route and absolutely tore it up. We were all laughing constantly!! With how fast we were going we had so much fun but felt extremely safe the entire time. It was incredible. We will absolutely never forget our experience at Wildside. If you have the opportunity to go, DO IT!!!!! read more

This was absolutely the highlight of our trip. $80 to zip line seemed a little steep at first but as soon as we got up there I knew it was money well spent. Base camp was clean, professional, and welcoming with the food truck, campfire, and outdoor seating area. As someone who is scared of heights, the emphasis on safety and training was comforting. The ability to control how fast you zip makes for a unique experience on top of this being the longest zip in America. Wild side will be a MUST DO on our future pigeon forge trips!! Our guides Noah and Aaron were HILARIOUS!! These guys love what they do and it shows! From the launch pad we could see for MILES. I crossed an item off my bucket list yesterday! The entire experience was incredible, from the check-in to the breathtaking grounds. The introduction zipline was a brilliant idea to prepare us for the real thing. The ride up the mountain was incredible! We were advised not to carry anything valuable, as it would never be found if dropped. I kept my phone in a zippered pocket and am glad I was able to get some photos from the top. My husband wore the provided camera, so we were able to capture the entire ride down as well. The zipline itself was amazing! I probably would have been more nervous, but the crew, especially Skyler, were supportive and encouraging. Having control of my speed also provided a bit of comfort for me. It was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend it! read more

My wife celebrated her 58th birthday by doing the zip line along with my 11 year old granddaughter! It's been 3-days and they are still smiling. My suggestion which Widside will love, book two rides. Both of my girls did the opposite of each other; my wife took it easy and enjoyed the beautiful scenery while the granddaughter tried to break the world's record in zip line speed. After the ride, both wanted to go again but switching methods. Perhaps Wildside might consider a 2 ride package in the future? From the start to end the staff was excellent, the ride up the mountain was stunning and the ride, well worth the money. read more

Booked this way ahead of time for a morning time with four friends. We had such a blast and of course have to give great big shout outs to Cam, Kieth, and Mike! They made the whole experience so welcoming, especially since this was me and the wife's first time. The overall staff were very kind and super chill/laid back. We felt very safe and can't overstate how exhilarating and fun the experience is! 1 mile of zip lining over the gorgeous scenery must be a bucket list item! Had an absolute blast with WildSide in Pigeon Forge! Our UTV guide Dale made the whole experience unforgettable -- super knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone felt comfortable while still keeping it exciting. At first, I was going to give this place a 2 star, because the website did not clearly state that you could NOT drive freely, so when we got here and asked the lady at reception if we could ride by ourselves, and she kind of just looked at us crazy. We also didn't know that we had to wear helmets AND safety glasses which kind of made us all mad, but when we got to the UTVs, the tour guides were incredibly nice, and the ride up and down was insanely fun! read more

I drove up from Georgia to check out the newest bike park in the area and wasn't disappointed! I had a great time...the staff was helpful, the trails were well-built and the dirt was great. I purchased the shuttle pass and my legs were grateful!!! While I wouldn't consider myself a bike park type of rider (I like to keep my tires on the ground most of the time), I might have to reconsider after having so much fun! Great mountain bike park. XC course was groomed and in excellent condition. A climbers course but also a descender course too. The facilities are pristine and they even have rocking chairs to relax. Freddy at the on-site bike shop was extremely helpful and adjusted my brakes while waiting. Diffidently going there again from Knoxville, Tn. read more
