Great Place all around. We stop for a UTV adventure and stay the entire day going down the mountain on MTB. The customer service was outstanding, the crew for both UTV (Sean and Dale) and MTB (Griffin and Mike) was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will come back and highly recommend this place.

    Where we started the zipline

Was a great time and the guides were great! We did the UTV tour and then the mega zip.

    Mega Zip Line

Husband scheduled zip line, park was huge & beautiful, UTV tours, Biking & walking trails lots to do, lots of parking, great gift shop staff friendly, the only negative was the bike shop guys bringing their dogs to work not on leashes and I had to ask the one 2X to please get his dog, I had 2 service dogs on leashes sitting with me and it's a rule of the parks not to mention it's also a law... the guy responded he's just a shop dog & that's fine if he's kept in the shop, we have had ours jumped by other dogs at parks & as a pet owner it's on us to protect our pets & just because your pet is friendly & ours also you can never assume how they respond to dogs they have never encountered or feel the need to protect the owner This is my only concern- if others would respect rules they are in place to protect everyone & their pets overall I give them 5 stars we would come back

Great new addition to the area for mountain bikers and adventure enthusiasts! WildSide just opened and features miles of new downhill mountain biking trails with shuttle service as well as UTV tours. The trails are good for novice bikers as well as more experienced riders. The park developers solicited the input of local mountain bikers to ensure they were providing an optimal experience. They did their homework, and it shows. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and committed to making sure that everyone has fun. Ober is a nearby venue that also offers downhill trails, and Ober's trails may be more technical (more blacks), but WildSide features jump lines and longer trails that you won't find anywhere else close by. It's no Windrock, but even experienced bikers will have a good time, and WildSide is just beginning. It will be exciting to see how it grows and expands over the years. Their first cross-country mountain bike race, Mountain Mayhem, is already scheduled for August. Day passes are reasonably priced ($19.99 or $39.99 for a ride pass with shuttle service), and annual passes are a great deal at $100. The only possible negative to buying a season pass is that a daily shuttle pass costs $40 (less a 20% discount for annual pass holders), so that's a tad steep. They might consider a season pass that includes shuttle service or a significantly reduced daily shuttle pass for pass holders. UTV rentals cost from $279.99-299.99 for up to 6 riders. All in all, WildSide is off to a strong start, and they have huge plans, so this place is going to explode!

Staff is very friendly. Overall very good experience. Suggest you rent online first and sign all paperwork online before you get there. Probably don't need e-bikes. Pedal bikes were just fine. The atmosphere was great! Nice outdoor seating area for those not biking. Definitely would recommend checking it out.

What an amazing time we had today going on the Utv off road trails. We had the best guides. Brad and Matt were amazing. Let us know what all was coming up, where to turn and how to stay safe of the muddy slick trails. The whole staff was amazing. My Husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and this was something we wanted to do on our vacation. We drove all the way from Missouri to enjoy this adventure. It was well worth it. 10 out of 10. Thank you all for such and amazing experience.

    Ready to ride!

From start to finish this zipline experience was absolutely unforgettable! The ride up the mountain and the breathtaking views on the way down were incredible. What made it exceptional was our guide Ryan, he kept us laughing and relieved any apprehension we might have felt. 10/10 would recommend. We wish we could have gone for a second ride!!!

I've been here a bunch of times, the area not wild side, and done a lot of the tours offered. This was by FAR the best experience ever. We are already planning on coming back solely for this alone. We went the morning of the wedding we were attending and couldn't stop telling everyone about it. Our guides Jessica and Mike were really great & personable & really made the tour that much more interesting. Seriously if you're in between places go here, it was that good. The place is also beautiful ; you can tell they put a lot into this place. The merch was quality too. Maybe in the future if they add beers & food we'll never leave

Located real close to the transit center, this is a great place to park for free and use the tram to go into town. Overall, the park is on the small side, but the location makes this a nice stop. It's super close to the Old Mill, so a pleasant area for a walk through and around town and the Old Mill area where parking is sometimes scarce.

The park itself is clean, well maintained, and has centrally located restrooms (always appreciated). From here, you're steps away from Old Mill Avenue and the historic Old Mill district, one of the most charming areas in Pigeon Forge. Highlights include the Old Mill Pottery House Cafe and Pigeon River Pottery, where you can watch local artisans at work, plus plenty of unique gifts and souvenirs. Old Mill Square feels like the heart of the original Pigeon Forge, with its preserved charm and walkable cluster of shops and eateries. Favorites include Iron Mountain Metal Craft, Old Forge Distillery (they have the best prices in town for moonshine, whiskeys and all) Old Mill Restaurant, Creamery, Candy Kitchen, General Store, Farmhouse Kitchen, and more--there's truly something for everyone. This area beautifully maintains its historic ambiance while offering great food, shopping, and family-friendly fun. Ideal for all ages, Patriot Park and the Old Mill district are absolutely worth dedicating a full day to--and a must-stop on any Pigeon Forge visit.

Getting to hold the baby birds in the nursery was a unique experience. They were playful and sweet. If you want a souvenir picture I suggest not paying in advance for it if your going in couple/group. The picture we got was a single $45 versus the paying double the ticket price per person in advance. We then had lunch at the cafe wich was really good. Be prepared the road coming in is very steep just FYI.

The driveway is steep, so be careful. Once there, the parking lot is a little small, however we found a spot pretty easily. You enter up a ramp, pay at the check In booth. Here you have a chance to buy the nectar feeding tickets, $3 each. I would 100% recommend this, if you want to be up close and personal with some birds. With military discount, nectar feed, and taxes for 2, it was about $72. Once inside the park, you walk trails, seeing the beautiful birds, some on posts, hanging out as you walk by. There are signs on some of the posts, don't feed/pet as you enter and walk around. You get close to the birds and plenty of photo ops. Some birds are in their cages, some just on posts as you walk around. Part of the tour you get awesome smoky Mountain View's. Soon your at the feeding/petting section. You walk into the area, there are still signs and rules, don't pet the ones that say no petting or feeding on their posts. When touring this area there's plenty of birds to pet, pick up, hold, feed. The feed costs a quarter, so bring some, or a few small bills 1s or 5s to buy feed. Some parrots here are loving and friendly. Once you're done here you continue the tour, shortly you'll be at the Nectar feeding area. The staff gives you a small cup of nectar and explains what will happen. Once the door is open, be prepared to be swarmed by small beautiful birds. They swoop in landing on your arms, shoulders, head. I think I had at one time about 6-7. This lasts about 10 minutes. Once you leave there you continue the tour seeing more beautiful birds and the nursery, then end at the gift shop/deli before heading out. Overall would recommend coming here if you love parrots, and birds.
