This place is very unorganized. Our reservation was at 2pm and we got there early at 12:30. We asked if we would be able to go with the group at 1pm, before us, they said no. The 1pm group didnt end up going on their adventure until about 1h 20 min AFTER their appointment time and you have to be there about a half hour before to check in. The porti-potties are disgusting. You will have no service, so load your phone with games that you can use offline. They do have wifi but its not stable. We left at 2:20 pm instead of 2pm though we had our gear etc before 2pm. It was rainy and muddy. Heres some advice.... if you have never rode a quad, DON'T go. There was a lady that had no idea what she was doing and kept getting stuck, went off the trail and couldn't make it up the hill because she didn't give it enough gas. She she single handedly slowed everyone else down. We had a group of 9 people. There is a guide in the front and back. We got to the top at 3:07 and left at 3:15pm. We ended up getting in at 3:55. Make sure you know there is NO refunds no matter what. Make sure that you wear clothes that can get dirty, it was raining when we went and my daughter was in front of me and some parts are hard to get traction so you gotta move side to side which slings up mud. read more

Our group of 7 had a great time! This was the most affordable ATV tour option (roughly $57 pp) and it did not disappoint. We each had our own ATV and were able to go a decent speed throughout their course. They take you up to an overlook that was stunning in mid-November. Would definitely book again read more

Terrible service here, we booked 2pm on December 19 for two people one week ahead. And arrived 30 minutes ahead and checked in 1:30pm, thought have enough time to start until 2:20pm we been told the group are full and have to wait for next group. We are waiting over 45 minutes outside in cold windy weather. No one tells us how much time waiting. We called the phone number provided online, nobody answered. I cannot recommend Gon Ridin off Wears Valley rd. enough! If you're going to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee this adventure is an absolute must do! This was by far the most memorable part of our wonderful trip. Our guides were Lance and Denim and these guys are the best of the best. They both were very professional, exceptionally skilled and very in tune with our group. Lance led the tour up and down hills around curves, and finally up to the top of a beautiful mountain with the most amazing scenery that I've ever seen. He was very aware of every rider in his group and made sure that everybody was feeling comfortable and riding safely.. Denim brought up the tail end of our group and I am eternally grateful to him. We had paid for my mom to go with us. She had her own ATV and as we started out on the training course, she said that she didn't think she could do it. Although I don't think this is regular protocol, Denim was so compassionate that he let her ride on the back of his ATV so that she could stay with us and enjoy the adventure. Because of both of these fellas, this was our favorite adventure that we did on our trip. I know this is a super long review. I really just want everyone to know what a great place this is and how awesome Lance and Denim are!!! We'll be back fellas.... Next time we're in Tennessee:) read more
