I called Bear Paw and Audrey to relay what had happened. My bike was covered in mud-NO PROBLEM said Audrey. They had a bike wash and Trent said to bring it in and he'd take a look. I am from out of town leaving the next day so timely service was pretty important. As thought, my hanger was bent and Trent's expert eye caught that my chain was missing a link causing extra stress on the hanger. Needless to say they got the bike washed, got the chain and hanger straightened out. He also made a couple of adjustments while I sat on the bike and now it's perfect. The bike looks and rides as new as when I first got it! These guys are first rate all the way. Super friendly and very accommodating. We can't wait to come back and hit more of that spectacular trail system! I'm a HUGE fan of these guys! Let us know if you come to Greenville, SC and I'll meet you at Fireforge! Cheers folks!
