It wasn't crowded & we were seated right away. Our waiter was Anthony and we were very happy with his service. I had the traditional scrambled eggs, bacon, house potatoes with wheat toast & coffee while hubby got the Belgian waffle with eggs & bacon. My plate was huge! Love that kind of customer service. The check-in process was quick and easy and then it was off to the practice facilities. From the driving range, chipping area, which included well kept bunkers, and the putting green, it was incredible. Some of the nicer practice facilities I've seen. As for the course itself, it was in really good shape. Not gonna lie, not knowing the course, it chewed me up pretty good. People who knew the course definitely had the advantage that day. There are a ton of elevation changes, elevated tees, and the greens were quick. It took me a while, but I finally started rolling putts much better on the back nine. I would love to blame the course for my high score that day, but I know better. Lol. In full transparency, at times a few holes felt gimmicky, but I think that just comes down to my own personal preference. It's an expensive golf course but you are getting a quality golf experience when playing at Journey. The GPS on our cart did not work for the front nine which was a bummer, but when we made the turn, they happily traded carts for us and got us up and running. The staff really did make this course stand out. I'd be happy to play there again.

It was my first time visiting any Journey's location, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. Both the staff and the manager greeted me warmly and were exceptionally friendly. The manager promptly asked how she could assist, listened to my situation, she reviewed my receipt, and looked up the order. She looked them up in the system but her store did not have the correct size available in stock, she then went above and beyond by handling all the necessary paperwork to have a replacement pair shipped directly to me while also processing the return of the original pair. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I left feeling valued as a customer, and the manager's outstanding service truly made my day. She was top-notch, and this first in-store experience gave me a very positive impression of Journey's. A++ to this store's manager!
