I've studied many styles at many schools, and under many very high ranking teachers. All of this is just to establish that I recognize quality teaching and an excellent school when I find it. This school is a very rare find, indeed. Sifu Keller is the "real deal" in terms of his knowledge, both outer and internal, and he is very willing to impart all of it. Also, Sifu Keller, though quite knowledgable and accomplished, is remarkably humble and down to earth, and he genuinely cares. I can't tell you how refreshing and rare this is! He, and the other instructors, are knowledgable, personable, friendly, and always eager to help students. The school has a family feel to it, and everyone is welcome. You can really relax here, and learn things that will change your life for the better! If you have found this school, you have stumbled on a real gem in the instructor, staff, curriculum, and atmosphere. I encourage you to avail yourself of this amazing opportunity!

Taekwondo, Karate, and Kung Fu,,, I was his student when he was white dragon,,,, however, when my son was his student he'd transitioned to Great Way. He made the change for whatever reason. Regardless, I was a student 28 years ago, and one thing I think about to this day, is he instills to his students, is no matter what one goes thru, there is still ones worth. There's still a gratitude, loyalty, and praise in what the person don't see in themselves (if they feel that low),,, and gives them the tools, and power to pull themselves out, (no matter how long ago they studied). I will FOREVER be thankful to him and his school. Greatest Sifu one could meet, or be instructed by.

Note that I'm a certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and reiki practitioner (level 2) and have been receiving eastern modalities for over 20 years now. In all that time I have NEVER had an experience like this anywhere. Here's why I've given two stars: - I booked a Tai Chi session online and when I showed up, Anita ended up performing an energy session that resulted in a weak chakra/energy diagnosis and a need for comprehensive healing. The latter is true - I have pain and deal with that daily. Shame on me for allowing myself to get suckered into a package "deal." $3k for 90 days. Yep, you read that correctly. $3k for healing sessions, tai chi classes and workshops to heal me. I have since been refunded $1800 of that because I wised up and realized this place is simply a money pit. They price gouge for healing sessions as the customary rate is $100-$150 for an hour. - Initially, I thought this place was legit but over time that perception changed; it's all about maximizing how much money they can squeeze out of customers vs. taking the time to fully explain service offerings, pricing from the onset and find out the best fit for each person based on their needs, budget, etc. That conversation never happened so shame on them. Shame on me for not asking more questions and standing my ground in the very beginning. - The credentials of their staff are not clear. Are they RYT (registered yoga teacher) certified? No, they aren't. Are they Reiki certified? Not sure. What kind of medical training do they have? Not sure. These things are not transparent on their site. Please ask and don't assume anything as I did. This is important because practicing out of scope is not only illegal but can be harmful for customers receiving certain treatments from those that haven't had proper training. - This used to be Dahn yoga and they rebranded to save face. Research for yourself - Dahn had been in the hot seat in the past for many, many reasons. I remember going to one Dahn class over a decade ago and I ran for the hills after because it was not yoga. Yoga originated in India, is based on sanskrit and does not guilt people into worship, excess of anything. I could say more but I'll stop there and let you be the judge. If some folks have had positive experiences here I'd say keep going. I am simply speaking about my individual experience.

Not only is Micheal a martial arts Shifu (master) he's also a warm and engaging person. Clearly an authority in Chinese martial arts, he's learned in Western medicine. Basic 'form' classes begin with gentle active relaxation and progress to Tai Chi body movements that progress into Tai Chi forms or sets. Michael's approach is practical, emphasizing how to perform daily physical tasks more efficiently while breathing so as to have more energy, less discomfort, greater strength, flexibility and balance. Fellow students are welcoming, and he's cultivated a loyal following. He's not pretentious, he's genuine and he consistently teaches within the Harvard Medical School's Guide to Tai Chi. And classes are affordable with online videos to support forms and movements expertly taught at the Tai Chi Association. The first class is free, so it's easy to validate if this health program 'fits' your needs. Visit their website, spend some time reviewing the videos and articles posted. Personally, I wake up excited to attend class, to see the instructors and my fellow students. Join us!

It's unpretentious and when driving by it can almost be missed. Yet once you step inside Lenny is there to greet you and you feel welcome. The warmth and sincerity of the studio is evident everywhere you look. Perfection is in its simplicity. Everything is meticulously cleaned, bright and well cared for. It reflects the character, vision and healing power of its owner, yoga master Lenny Zuehlke, who makes the center shine as a bright and beautiful source of peace. I started going to classes six months ago and can't stress enough the impact it has had on my life!! I have rheumatoid arthritis, have had numerous joint replacements as well as neck and spinal fusions. I was living with a lot of pain and couldn't walk without a cane for stability and balance. My biggest fear was falling, hurting myself and not being able to get up. I was really depressed and wanted to give up!! My sister had started going to the yoga center when she moved into the area. The classes have had a tremendous impact on her life and sense of wellbeing. She hoped to pass that healing along to me. I didn't think I could do it and doubted it would change anything. I started small with individual lessons and in a short period of time Lenny thought I was ready to join the regular classes. Since then I have gotten consistently better and it has changed my world. Each day I find myself stronger, more flexible, steadier. I can lift my feet off the floor and not lose balance. I'm almost cane-free and have a new sense of freedom and hope. But, my most shining achievement so far is getting down on the floor and back up without help. Praise goes to Lenny who is a true healer. He is the breath, inspiration and strength behind the center. I am finding joy, peace and a sense of fulfillment that I never thought possible. My deepest and everlasting gratitude again goes to Lenny Zuehlke for teaching and sharing his warmth, vision and love with all of us. Judy Y.

Note the school has only been in operation for 5 years. If you choose this school, and if you get sucked into giving of your time, talents and money (beyond tuition), just know there is a high risk that you may one day suddenly not be beneficial enough for him and his school. You will have done nothing whatsoever to bring negativity to him or his school; there will be no discussion, no warning, just an overnight decision to have you gone and permanently banned from the property. This very thing has happened to 13 people, in 6 years. That is a high percentage for a school that averages 50 to 60 students (including leadership) at any given time.
