I knew of Dr. McNab through her excellent reputation, from another Doctor of Chiropractic so I called Downtown's Healthcare trying to get an appointment with Dr. McNab. Not only did they book an appointment for me, but they booked it for that day. Upon arriving to the office I noticed it was clean, and comfortable. They also had a sign up welcoming me. Every single person has been absolutely friendly and professional from Jenna greeting you when you first walk in, to nurse Sarah who administers your medicine and injections to Angelica their rehab tech who helps you with all of the stages of rehab. Of course Dr McNab is a rockstar. I've had mostly bad experiences with Chiropractors, however Dr McNab is the exception to that. She along with the rest of the team came up with a rehab regiment for me to heal and grow stronger. Within a couple of weeks I was able to stand and walk normally again. I feel better after every visit and I'm on the way to full recovery. If you are in need of chiropractic care, go to Downtown's Healthcare. If you're in extreme pain, or need of rehab from injuries, this is the BEST place to go.

I went to this practice hoping to find solutions for several health concerns, especially my knee pain. Initially, I felt optimistic and believed I was in good hands. Unfortunately, over time it became clear that little was actually being done to address one of the primary reasons I sought treatment. I also had a concerning experience with one of the supplements that was strongly recommended to me. After taking it, I became sick and reported it to the provider. Rather than showing concern or offering a refund, I was told I was only the second person who had become ill from the product and that they would stop recommending it. Given that acknowledgment, I expected some accountability, but no refund was ever offered. I would also encourage anyone considering the DME products sold through the office to do their own research first. Many of the same or comparable items are available through Amazon or FSA-approved retailers for significantly less money and, in my experience, are often better quality. My biggest frustration has been trying to obtain a refund for services and products that I believe were not appropriately handled. I first requested a refund nearly a year ago. In February, after my fourth request, I was told someone would look into it and call me within a few days. That call never came. I followed up again in July and was given the same promise, but I am still waiting for a response. Another issue was the lack of transparency regarding pricing. I was quoted one amount for treatment on my hands, but additional required expenses were never disclosed upfront. By the end of treatment, I had paid over $3,000 more than I expected based on the original quote. I found this lack of clear financial disclosure very disappointing. Overall, I felt there was a strong emphasis on selling supplements and medical products without fully explaining their necessity, costs, or the fact that many could be purchased elsewhere for much less. I spent a significant amount of money, became ill from a recommended supplement, paid for services I do not feel were properly delivered, and have been unable to obtain the refund I have repeatedly requested. This was an expensive lesson for me. I encourage anyone considering this practice to ask detailed questions about treatment plans, total costs, refund policies, and whether recommended products can be purchased elsewhere before making any financial commitments. Edit in response to Rachel comment Thank you for your response. I respect your perspective, but I would like to clarify mine. My review is not about the outcome of my treatment. I understand that no provider can guarantee results. My concerns are about communication, transparency, billing, product quality, and customer service. You stated that numerous efforts were made to address my concerns. That was not my experience. I repeatedly requested a refund over many months and was repeatedly told someone would "look into it" and call me back. Those calls never happened, and my concerns were never resolved. When a supplement recommended by your office made me sick, I was told I was only the second patient to experience that reaction and that the product would no longer be recommended. Even so, I was never offered a refund. I was also disappointed with the quality of the products I purchased. The ReBuilder device produced little to no sensation, even at the highest setting, while a similar device I later purchased through my FSA worked much better. My Anodyne red light device also failed and had to be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair. I also disagree with your statement that I received approximately $18,000 in additional treatment. Based on my records, I calculate the value to be closer to $9,891, and the only additional regenerative treatment I received was another dose of stem cells. I also stopped treatment before completing the plan and was not reimbursed for the unused portion. In addition, despite requesting that my chiropractic visits be billed through my insurance after confirming coverage, not all visits were submitted. I had hoped these concerns could be resolved privately, but after months of unanswered follow-up promises, that did not happen. My review simply reflects my personal experience so that others can make an informed decision.

I am a part of the 80% of Americans that experience neck or back pain at some time in their life. I finally realized that ensuring proper spinal alignment is critical during every phase of life and even more so as I age. However, not all chiropractors are equal. In fact, as an insurance claims adjuster I had become extremely skeptical of much of the field as I often deal with mills that are way more concerned with providing a high quantity of procedures ($$$ for them) versus a high quality of treatment of their patients.
