I dropped it off on a Monday and it was completed by early Tuesday afternoon. This will be my go to for all of my maintenance work.

I was having transmissions issues with my '02 GMC 2500HD pickup. Diagnosed that various sensors and…read moresolenoids were malfunctioning, so they ordered them up. Problem arose because the parts distributor sent parts that would fit, but wouldn't have functioned properly. Joe and the guys caught the mistake and re-ordered the parts to make sure that the right ones were installed. Now, the truck shifts like it's brand new. I didn't realize how poorly it was actually working before it got fixed. Thanks for a GREAT job, Auto Experts.

They have worked on my truck multiple times and diagnosed multiple issues on multiple cars for me. Andy has made me happy to give my business to Auto Experts. The one issue that I have is the quality of parts used by the shop. I had a distributor put on my truck and it started having issues recently (roughly 7 months later). My family's longtime trusted shop (in Eastern Oregon) looked over the truck and noted that this distributor was a subpar quality part. Other than potentially low quality parts, I have been happy to be a customer here and plan to continue visiting them. But hopefully not too often, haha!

As a young woman…read morewalking into any type of car shop--whether it's a mechanic, tire shop, body shop, etc.--I've unfortunately experienced people trying to take advantage of me or sell me things I don't actually need. That was absolutely NOT my experience at Crash Champions in Bend. From the moment I walked in, Jen was incredibly friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure I wasn't paying for anything unless it was truly necessary. I had the option of taking a check from insurance or having my insurance work directly with the shop. The damage to my car was pretty minor, but still enough that you obviously don't want to be stuck paying out of pocket for it. Jen went above and beyond and even offered to have one of her guys come out and buff the scratches for me.She also gave me some great advice on what to do moving forward. It was such a refreshing experience to feel like someone was actually looking out for me rather than trying to make a sale. I'm so grateful for Jen's honesty, kindness, and willingness to help! I highly recommend Jen and the entire Crash Champions Bend team for any future body work. A+++ experience!
