We had a very good experience. I tried taking the machine apart several times and fixing different parts. But I couldn't figure out the source of the leak. Our machine was leaking nightly and deluged our cabinet a couple of times. They found the source of the leak and a broken valve inside the incoming water line as well. It was a stopped up group head screen. But I tried multiple times to identify this problem and solve it And couldn't. Have a high level of respect for the tech that fixed my machine. Dianne was also great with responding via email and giving me updates. They even called me an hour before they closed on Thursday to let me know the machine was ready to come pick it up. So I give them top grade for customer service and really good technical help and service. It definitely was slow and took almost 4 weeks. But I think their workflow ebbs and flows during the year. Dianne will respond to you with turnaround times if you email them ahead of time. read more

We had a big five day docked charter during a convention coming up which would involve serving a lot international guests. They got our machine repaired in time at a reasonable price. I am very impressed with this team. This is the 2nd time in several years I brought in my machine for a tune up. My SAECO Royal is close to 20 years old and it is the best as long as that boiler heater keeps going and it has to this date. Different parts where replaced and I received a discount. It wasn't because I am retired military: it's because they don't try to cheat their customers. Trust me they are good at their work. I don't plan on ever purchasing a new coffee machine. If my boiler dies then I will buy a refurbished one from this store. read more

Lied twice about service issues, I shouldn't haven given them a 2nd. chance. Machine still doesn't work.

I had received authorization from Saeco to ship my machine For free to the beanz man for repair. Thankfully the nice lady at Seco said you might call the beans man first to see if they may be able to help you over the phone. Thank God I did that. Diane was able to diagnose my problem over the phone and walk me through a fix in 20 minutes. She refused to take any money. I have never dealt with more competent and accommodating people in my life. They were a joy. Anytime I have a problem with the coffee machine, it is going to the beanz man. I don't care where you are, ship it to the beanz man. read more
