Since a storm was coming Andrew sent 3 of his guys to help finish the roof on the 2nd story just in time!. Great communication and reasonable prices. These guys really know how to tear off and install. Will recommend them to everyone I know- Thanks!

If I could leave a zero-star rating for B & R Roofing, I would. I have used this company twice, and…read moreon both occasions, Andrew responded promptly and completed the work quickly. However, less than two years after the first repair, the roof began leaking again in the exact area they had previously worked on. I contacted Andrew multiple times by phone and text message, but he never responded. As the leak worsened - becoming more severe than the original issue - I also sent emails and called the business line, yet received no return calls or responses of any kind. After exhausting all attempts to reach B & R Roofing, I hired another roofing company to repair the issue. That company documented B & R Roofing's prior work and confirmed that the repairs were incomplete. Specifically, B & R Roofing only patched a very small section where the leak was visible and did not replace the roof underlayment, despite quoting and accepting payment for that work. After reviewing other customer feedback, it is clear this is a pattern in how B & R Roofing operates. I strongly recommend that potential customers carefully consider their business practices before hiring them. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Santa Barbara Contractors Board

There were minor repairs that Josue was able to address on the spot. We will absolutely use Axiom in the future.

We had 28 solar panels put on our brand new home five years ago by a well known solar company…read more They did a terrible job of installing them, leaving a lot of broken tiles which compromised the integrity of the roof. They refused to back their workmanship and ghosted us. We didn't want to enter into a legal battle, so we elected to pay to have the damage fixed ourselves. Needless to say, our faith in contractors was a little shaken, so we were very careful about choosing a roofing company to do the repairs. Since the solar panels had to be removed and reinstalled to make the repairs, we wanted to hire one company that could do both. Axiom 360 is a roofing company and a solar installer, and they have exceptional Yelp reviews. Eric came out to look at our house and our solar setup to give us an estimate, and we were astonished when he saw that several of our panels were offline and fixed them for us on the spot. We hadn't even hired them yet! That sold us on the integrity and professionalism of the company, and we were very pleased at their competitive estimate. A team arrived only a week later, which is especially amazing since we are located in Heritage Ranch, about as far north in their service area as you can get. Eric kept in constant communication on every aspect of the process. He also checked our equipment settings to make sure we were getting the most out of our panels and batteries. The roofing crew worked efficiently and were respectful of our property, cleaning up at the end of each day. When the project was finished, all the construction materials were hauled away and it was as if they had never been here. The job was completely finished within two weeks of our first phone call. Justin has been great to work with throughout the project and to follow up to make sure we are happy with the work. We highly recommend Axiom 360 for their roofing and solar expertise, as well as their honesty and exceptional customer service.

There will NEVER be another house besides yours that all the neighborhood gatherings will be held at! It's not just the superb craftsmanship, the quality materials, or the fact that if you compare apples to apples, no one comes close to the value that Wage Builders brings to the table! Not to mention, what other builder in the world throws you an unveiling party when the works completed and invites your friends, family member, neighbors or anyone you want to join the fun! Not joking... these guys finished my pool remodel and threw me a pool party! This might have been San Luis Obispo's best kept secret, but not for long!

It is a very complicated architectural style and they did a thorough, comprehensive examination with photos and a report to help me with my insurer. They did not charge me and did no know if they would end up with a job. When my insurer honored my claim, Wage Builders were the ones I hired to do the job. They were professional, competent and did more than they promised, never scrimping on materials or labor. They even helped me with a few things that were unrelated to the job. Their crew was friendly and always cleaned up after each day. I am sure that there are other great roofing companies out there but Wage is who I would call.

We are currently in escrow on a home in Morro Bay. The home inspection report indicated the roof…read moreneeded further inspection due to water staining in the attic. My realtors go-to roofer was booked solid until July. We are working on a limited timeframe, so I reached out to a couple of companies. Page Roofing and Jason was super responsive and in fact was the only company who provided a same day response. Jason booked a inspection date and I was thrilled to learn that his price was reasonable and fair. Within 2 days of the inspection I received the report, multiple pictures and a estimate for repair on the flashing! I was extremely impressed with the service and responsiveness. Jason is truly a rockstar!!!

UPDATE TWO - posted AFTER THEIR RESPONSE (INITIAL REVIEW BELOW STANDS):…read moreThis contractor did communicate PRIOR to not showing up. They never indicated they were not going to show up if I didn't sign the contract, we had a "verbal contract" via e-mail in which I repeatedly stated my available date and they repeatedly stated they would be there ON THAT DATE. They did not communicate with me on the contracted date as I sat waiting for their arrival - out paid work - nor did they respond to any of my e-mails that day nor in the days following UNTIL THIS REVIEW was posted. They ghosted me from appointment time until they caught this bad review on Yelp. Pay no heed to the "businessman" behind the contractor curtain! (Also see his comment " Imagine trying to get paid by these people!" We had a contractor in here the day prior. Paid cash as agreed. Jason's cash was waiting...he just wasn't willing to show up for the work to collect it.) ORIGINAL REVIEW: Their communication system sucks (no actual call - just e-mail) and they didn't show for the final job. Just ghosted me! Bummer since I took a day off work to be here for them. If you want good communication and folks who show up, not this one. (I'm still waiting to hear back from them after they failed to show four days ago. They aren't answering e-mails.) So here's the story: I contacted Page Roofing after we detected a leak the last week of December. They showed up to check it out the first week of January. The crew of two was fast, efficient, documented their find, even made one quick, immediate, five-minute fix before heading back to the office to formulate their bid for more extensive work. Bid seemed high, but Jason worked on their transportation/fuel fee to help reduce it slightly. We bit the bullet and commmitted to being here. He sent a contract to be signed, but it didn't have a single date. Rather, it offered a window. I told Jason (see attached image) that I wasn't available for a window, so wouldn't sign contract stating such flexible work. He responded that they'd be here on set date, but never changed the contract, so of course I didn't sign it. They said they'd be here. Didn't show. Didn't respond that morning to contacts (made via e-mail). Entirely unprofessional. So...I'm out a day's income, the roof still isn't patched up, and I have to start over again (with a different, hopefully more professional company). UPDATE ONE: I just looked up their license via state licensing board. Should have done THIS research before. (Will do here forward.) It seems they've received admonishment letters from the state (2023) for various violations. https://www.cslb.ca.gov/OnlineServices/CheckLicenseII/CheckLicense.aspx) License # 1005750
