Bison burger
Paul O.

Ordered the Bison burger medium, unfortunately it came well done as noted by picture. Surprisingly it was still quite tasty, I'm sure it would have been much better with medium doneness as bison burgers are usually very lean. Pickles were really tasty, ordered a side of fries too, that was great. I may try it again tomorrow...

Breakfast on the go!

Love this place! If you haven't been yet, you definitely should. The Westin Stonebriar has gone through a. Major renovation and I love coming here for a white place to work. The staff is amazing, their breakfast pastries are delicious and the bar menu is definitely unique. We also came out here on Friday evening and they had live music (apparently every Friday and Saturday)! It's the perfect place to sit by the fireplace, enjoy some "Texas-inspired" cuisine and listen to music!

Dina's Breakfast Sandwich - pulled pork!

Such a great spot! I've only been for breakfast a few times but hear the bar is great at night too. I had one of the Dina's biscuit sandwiches which has pulled pork, egg and cheese and it's amazing. Teresa and Netta are great too! Really nice to-go options but a good spot for coffee shop work.

Had the white corn tortilla soup. Really good. Also had the 3 taco sampler, pulled pork, chicken, and brisket also very nicely done. Service was good and quick. Inside the Westin and open late.

Do NOT order the wings. They are unseasoned and tastes like someone poured liquid smoke all over them.

Aloha, Tiki Tuesday! What a fun way to spend a Tuesday evening! The tropical cocktails helped us…read morefeel as though we were transported to the islands. They were not only beautifully crafted but absolutely delicious--each sip had us dreaming of swaying palm trees, ocean breezes, and a Hawaiian getaway. We loved both the Mai Tais and the Beachy Bookkeeper! We decided to share a few appetizers. The Meatballs al Forno was my favorite...packed with flavor and perfect for enjoying with friends over drinks. The Heirloom Tomato Burrata was okay however, the tomatoes didn't seem ripe and were hard and chewy. The Lobster in a Jar was tasty - on the pricey side if you ask me though... One of my favorite things about this spot is the ambiance. The lighting is low (and by low I am flat out dark where you almost can't see your hand in front of your face), creating a dark, cozy, and intimate atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. Whether you're catching up with friends, enjoying a date night, or simply looking for a place to escape for a few hours, the vibe here is spot on. The service was fantastic as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which only added to the experience. Tiki Tuesday has officially become one of my favorite weekly traditions. Great drinks, delicious appetizers, wonderful service, and a cozy atmosphere--what more could you ask for? I'll definitely be back next Tuesday for another little island escape. Where's my grass skirt and coconut bra??? Mahalo for a great evening!

We got our drinks as we were almost finished with appetizers. Drinks are overpriced. Here's a picture of a $20 old-fashioned before I had a sip. About a quarter inch of actual alcohol in here after I took the giant ice cube out. Waiter did his best to overcome the shortcomings.

We had reservations but there was no major crowd at 5:30. The place is contemporary, white tiles, brass finishes. Fully stocked bar. Nice big windows. Started with a Rail District cocktail that was really good. Finished with a Last Word which had a strong licorice flavor (not my fav) but the cherry at the bottom was great! We split the SPREADABLE WHIPPED LEMON BASIL GOAT CHEESE. Loved this. But note to the Chef or food prep - the toast crackers had so many holes in the bread, there was NO surface for the spreadable. Pieces of toast were basically outer crust and the inner area of bread had 90% giant holes. It was comical. Whoever plated this should have been more selective. My wife had the Salmon and I had the steak. The steak had a large pad of delicious blue cheese and butter on top of it, that slowly melted over the steak and potatoes. That was special. Endive salad was pretty dry, very little dressing. So I mixed it in with the potatoes and cheese/butter.

I say approximately because we live about a 10 minute drive and we left our home about 6:20, but I digress. Upon our arrival we were seated and provided with water and menus. The business was not that crowded at this time and several tables had already been served or had their respective drinks. At 6:40 when we had no additional contact with the wait staff that seated us or any other staff. There were two bartenders and to table wait staff. The bartenders were making drinks while the wait staff appeared to be behind the counter and occasionally seating newer customers. At 6:40 my wife was ready to leave, I told her I would give them to 7:00, at 6:59 our waitress came back to our table, the first time since she sat us. She took our drink order as well as our dinner order. At approximately 7:05 I saw the bartender making our drinks and place them at the end of the bar. During this time I believe that our wait staff was preparing one of our food items while the second wait staff was serving some customers in her are or taking orders. At 7:12 I went to the end of the bar to get our drinks but there was no glass for the wine as the bartender poured it out in a small carafe. So I left them at the bar. Mat 7:15 our waitress came staff got a wind glass and poured the carafe of wine into the glass at the bar and then brought the drinks to us. Approximately 7:25 our meals arrived. Again, the food was good.

The venue is designed to resemble a Prohibition-era speakeasy, with an entrance accessible through a rotary phone inside a red telephone booth (which actually works!). Our tour was led by Jamie, who shared his extensive knowledge as he guided us through the Prohibition Era alongside our concierge, Landon. The speakeasy features stunning floors made of 120-year-old Italian wood, beautifully decorated with art, books, and a selection of premium entertainment and spirits. Patrons can request "prescriptions," which are 2oz alcoholic shots inspired by the owner's grandfather, who was a pharmacist. Cocktails and friendly service was provided by Emma and Kyle, their services were a nod to Bob Ruede, RPB's renowned Intoxicologist, along with other award-winning bartenders recognized for their excellence in service and hospitality. Eric, the Cigar Attendant, is knowledgeable about how to properly enjoy an exceptional cigar experience.
