Wow! I was in the small town of Moberly, MO, briefly for business, and just happened to see this storefront in my side view mirror as I was getting ready to leave town. I quickly checked out the menu online, and it was intriguing enough that I got back out of my truck and walked across the street to see what this was all about. Best thing I did all day! A lot of times when I happen across a new place I will order multiple items, so I went with the French Dip, the Mac & Cheese, and Spicy Korean Beef Bowl. Just to be clear, I had a little bit of each as I would have miserable if I tried to eat it all! The sandwich, and the bowl, both came with a complimentary serving of pasta salad which was made with just the right amount of dressing and a pickle. The French Dip was not soggy which was amazing, and the au jus had great flavor and was the perfect amount for the sandwich! The Spicy Korean Beef Bowl had a good amount of heat, and they included jalapeño slices as well if you felt you'd like to kick it up a notch. Great flavor and presentation, and a good amount of food that hung with me! Finally, the Mac & cheese was phenomenal! Cheesy, hot, and with a crumble on the top. That one was really hard to put down, but I wanted to make sure that I saved some for my wife to try since it might be awhile before I'm back that direction, so I wanted to be able to share it with her. I got my meal to go, but I absolutely loved the atmosphere! I walked in and found people were dining at different tables but holding conversations with each other. It was cozy and inviting, plenty of seating and multiple seating options. The warmth of the entire café and the friendliness of the staff would make me come back again and again! This place is definitely a hidden gem in Moberly, and was the highlight of my day! read more

This is a great local cafe. The food is delicious. They have GF options which is nice. If you like fresh baked goodies, you'll like theirs. They make homemade soup now that fall is here. Big chunks of vegetables & meat! It's very clean & in downtown Moberly. There's a nice patio to sit outside too. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I ordered a regular coffee and it was very expensive and tasted no better than something you can get from casey's for less than half the cost. I asked for three sugars and they just gave me the packets through the drive through window... even McDonalds mixes it for you, nothing worse than trying to drive and stir hot coffee. read more
