I have been a customer of Target/CVS Pharmacy, dating back to August 2009. As with any place of business, there is the "Good, the Bad, and the Ugly." Collectively, my encounters with the CVS Pharmacy have gone well at the Target in Vero Beach. The Pharmacy Manager, Brian, has always been very diligent, careful, and professional in ALL of my interaction(s) with him Even though, the pharmacy within Target is operated very efficiently, I am concerned about Brian's professional well-being. Honestly, I cannot count on one hand, the amount of times I have witnessed Brian having proper support in the pharmacy. In closing, Brian is one of the best Pharmacists I have ever dealt with in my time as an adult. However, the CVS upper regional management needs to afford Brian adequate assistance in order to both maintain and sustain the high quality of service at the CVS in Target on 58th/20th. They need a TOTAL revamp or just close it down altogether. Space is better suit for a park or some restaurants. I even tried to get my niece's ears pierced at a jewelry kiosk that does piercings, but the lady working there said that she was unable to because she already packed up everything. lol what?! Mind you, this was two hours before closing time. Pretty much that was the attitude for a lot of the stores there. All closing an hour or two before actual closing time. No wonder the place is broke.

You take 5-10 minutes to shop and have to wait in a line for 20-30 minutes. I have told them many times before to improve this issue of long checkout times. They do nothing about it. When you tell them, they give you attitude. They do not care! This Ross has some major issues with checkout that is why I hardly ever go here. They do not value their customers time. A few of them spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell me, but I never felt like it was aggressive or uncomfortable. I was still able to shop in relative peace, and a couple of the employees were especially helpful when I needed assistance finding some of the more obscure items. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit.
