I called yesterday and was told that the Fall collection had begun to come in. Arrived today, midday, I checked in using the rental QR code and was #1 on the list. Waited 20 minutes again without acknowledgment and my name was called up and I asked to see their Fall collection. The representative stated that Fall colors were more for the retail side of the house and their colors were standard year round. OK. I go to the retail (purchased) desk and stood for another 5 minutes without acknowledgment. I decided to leave, as my business wasn't a priority.

Not exactly a guy place, but they do rent and sell tuxedos as well. I had the pants shortened and hemmed. Being happy with her work and reasonable price I returned with four more pair of pants to have them properly altered. This business is open seven days a week and they are open twelve hours a day I believe. The sweet little lady that served me seemed to always be there, so I asked her if she was there all the time and she said yes. Talk about being dedicated to your customers and your business.
