I had never been to the town before and was pleasantly surprised with all of the little restaurants on the main road in town. The Inn itself was perfect, and clean, and quaint in this magnificent 150 year old building. We stayed in "Grampa's Room" which was wonderful with a very large and comfortable bed, but the best thing was the breakfast which surpassed anything we had ever had at any B&B before. The owner actually made the bread for the scrumptious French Toast served to us in an elegant dining room that I could have stayed in forever. Jack and Deb were wonderful hosts that have created a great getaway for anyone thinking of going that way. Hope to get up there again one day! Thank you! -Roy and Leslie

The building is clean and crisp throughout. Beautifully decorated. The room is spacious. And that jetted tub soothes away achy traveling muscles. Next, the big comfy bed swallows you up into a cocoon of comfort. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was simple but delicious. An unexpected highlight was the TLC and attention to detail provided to the guest by the incomparable Jody. She's phenomenal. I had the immediate sense of her kindness and compassion. This was a late check-in and I found I needed to unwind from the road. No way I could sleep. Yet. So we chatted just a bit. It was like one of those 'seeing an old friend and catching up' moments. People just actually listening. Two-way. I picked this hotel on the fly. Spontaneously. Something I LOVE to do! The reviews were rated with some pretty complimentary praise so it was a real easy pick. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!

Likewise, the shower in the bathroom was easy access and the bathroom itself was spacious. Everything was super clean. Jodi met us in the lobby and showed us to our room. The five star rating at this hotel is well deserved.

This was on our list of places but we called around to several other inns first. They were all booked so we ended up here, what luck! The Inn is a few homes down from Main Street Bloomsburg which has several restaurants and other activities to choose from. It is owned and operated by George and his wife (didn't catch her name). The place is large with several common rooms, snacks, and a wrap around porch. There is a side door and you get a key so you can come and go as you please. Our room had a comfy bed, large bathroom, and direct tv. In the morning George cooks an amazing breakfast and I can almost promise the other guests will join you. Overall, I would highly recommend this to parents of Bloomsburg students or anyone looking to get away for the weekend. As a Knoebels enthusiast I was not sure how far this place would be and it turns out it is super close. Don't think twice about staying here!

The property is close to Knoebels and everything else but is far enough away that you feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a long day at the park. The B&B is also approximately a couple hundred yards from the local hospital so in case of an emergency help is less than a minute away. We stayed for 7 nights and 8 days and enjoyed every part of our stay. Give it a go and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The flavors are flawless, the meat is juicy and the sauced wings are so crispy - how does Nate do it? And if wings aren't your thing, you should also know that everything on the menu is mind blowing! The cuisine is all legendary and I dream of it constantly. And the beer selection and service are always on point! In addition to being my favorite chef, the owner, Nate, is the loveliest person on this planet. I am thankful that I have access to delectable food like this, as well as support a wonderful person and their business.

This was a minor inconvenience but I thought I would add to the totality of my review. The dining area was not packed and our server had three tables, including ours. Our server never asked us for refills and only visited the table to check on us after we ate our food. Other than that, the server was nonexistent. I ordered Mike's Lookout House Steak cooked medium. The steak was overcooked and barely red inside and was very chewy. The garlic they placed on top came in big chunks, was soft and mushy, and tasted horrible. It was my mistake that I didnt have it sent back to the kitchen. When we got our check, the server reached over, directly in front of my friends face, and almost grazed her head with the small gray check tray. I never seen an act like this before at a restaurant. Typing it out doesnt give it enough justice. Overall, the service was bad, the food was bad, and the atmosphere was outdated. We are definitely not going back. Lookout for this place, and stay away!

We have a 40-foot fifth wheel, and navigating the campground and getting into what was supposed to be a pull-through site was an absolute nightmare. The sites are extremely tight, with trees on one side and neighboring campers practically on top of you. Once we had our slides extended, our awning was nearly touching our neighbor's camper. There is simply not enough room between sites, especially for larger rigs. Another frustration was the lack of basic camping etiquette from several other campers. Upon arriving, we were greeted at the gate by a visibly intoxicated man attempting to give us directions--not exactly the welcome you expect. The sewer hookup was another headache. The actual sewer connection was recessed below an additional PVC pipe that appeared to be there for protection. Because of this awkward setup, I had to use multiple adapters just to make a proper connection. It's a poorly designed arrangement that makes something as simple as hooking up your sewer hose unnecessarily difficult. The campsites themselves desperately need to be enlarged or better laid out to accommodate modern RVs, and the utilities could certainly use some attention. We didn't have any interaction with campground staff during our stay, so I can't speak to their customer service. Bottom line: If you have a larger fifth wheel or motorhome, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Between the cramped sites, difficult maneuvering, lack of camping etiquette, and poorly designed sewer hookups, this was not an enjoyable camping experience. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
