To be fair, he was professional initially and would respond to our questions more promptly. However all of the sudden he started being very short and extremely rude if we asked a question about something relating to our taxes especially when we entrusted him with our personal taxes as well as and business' payroll and taxes. Sarmad messed up the Business' taxes one year so badly we are still getting letters from the IRS, and to date we've had to pay a lot of money to the IRS. Just a week ago my husband mailed the IRS a check because he didn't file the taxes correctly. We've moved to a different CPA. I DO NOT recommend him at all. He is rude, arrogant and he does NOT want to be questioned even when you have every right to. He doesn't do well when held accountable. He is just very unreliable!

Recently I had a question come up from the IRS and they asked for a response date by a certain date. I tried to engage with Arshad and he repeatedly told me that he is too busy taking care of his other customers whose taxes were due September 15. I expect a responsible tax mgr would not leave me hanging like this.
