Like, literally Disney World spotless. There were a lot of happy dogs running around and we all know what a lot of dogs can do to the aroma of a house, but I couldn't even smell a bit of dogginess in the air. This place is cleaner than my own house with one single dog living in it. My pupper immediately seemed relaxed and at home, so much so I almost started crying from relief. I can't even express how impressed I am. The staff were cheerful and lovely, there were beds everywhere for the dogs to lie around in, plenty of water bowls and food bowls. It is the eptiome of luxury for canines. I took my little guy to another place that was cheaper for years and, although it wasn't bad, it didn't have the amenities this place has. He was indoors with no food or water all day, which I understand is to keep comminicable diseases at bay, but I felt bad for him. Here, there are sun decks, couches, a wonderful yard, food and water at their disposal, lots of staff to check on them, all for the doggies. He must think he died and went to dog heaven here. :-D I will be bringing him here from now on. Update after one week: my old pupper has dementia. It had gotten progressively worse over the past 16 months. He used to urinate and defecate in his crate every night, wake up barking at 2 am, wander restlessly throughout the house when I got home, would chomp on my hand to get attention, run away from me when I called him, and was like a wild animal. After one week of daycare here, he is much calmer and doesn't do these things anymore. I don't say this lightly, this place has been a miracle for me and him. I have no idea what has happened but I think not being locked up everyday (he has terrible anxiety when he's in an enclosed area and his last daycare used crates and cages), having people that love up on him, and having freedom to roam has made all the difference in the world. If you call ahead checking on availability, pricing, etc The reception desk will inevitably think it's something else. Pricing is clearly labeled on screens above the reception desk. Overnights and daycare are intermingled on 2 screens. No cash, just credit cards, be there by noon or there's a surcharge. Snarky receptionist quipped "just like in a hotel". Next time, we will be somewhere else

I came across Pet Nannies in a google search and called Teresa, she told me about the service and it sounded great, even with late booking her rates were totally reasonable. Julia and Loren are absolute Pet Stars. They took care of our boy Luca who is on the larger and more intimidating size. They were not daunted and sent us pictures of how well he was doing. We trusted them with our dog, but it was clear upon pickup that something was terribly wrong. The facility was filthy, reeking of neglect. They bring our baby out and to our shocking surprise, our dogs face was mangled and bloody! THEY DID NOT CALL US TO LET US KNOW SOMETHING HAPPENED!!! We were mortified!!!! Our dog came home visibly distressed, dirty, and in poor health, requiring an immediate visit to the emergency vet! Their excuse was that they left a bucket of water in the kennel with our dog and our dog ripped it up. Okay great but atleast call and TELL US! By the looks of not only her face but the rash all over her body from God knows what, this is not where your baby needs to stay! Trust me!!! $300 bill later, the vet confirmed that our dog had developed infections in her paws and health issues directly related to the unsanitary and unsafe environment at this kennel. This is completely unacceptable for a place claiming to provide professional care for pets. If you care about the health and well-being of your dog, avoid this kennel at all costs!!!! If I could leave a zero I would!!!!
