She administered his shots, checked his appetite and water consumption, and at one point he gave her a scare because he seemed very lethargic. She rushed him to the vet and notified me immediately. She called again later to say he was ok and sent photos throughout my time away to reassure me he was doing well. She watched our 5 year old cat during Christmastime while we went on a 9 day vacation. During our initial consultation she was professional while being super likable and friendly! Our cat even came out to say hello...and she never does that with strangers. We loved that she came to our house every day so our cat was in familiar surroundings. Also was great that she took in our mail and made the house look lived-in from the outside (lights and such). Every day after we were gone, she'd come to feed and play with her - and sent pictures too! It was hard for us to leave our little one but having a trusted pet-sitter was a huge relief - and the daily pics helped a lot too. Thank heavens Dog Spot knows how to work with him and keep him on the up and up. Recently used them for an 8 night stay and my goodness they came back so happy and depleted of energy, they had a great visit! While gone, I had a nightmare about them...and because my anxiety got the better of me, I called and the staff was so friendly and kind. They were able to tell me that my pitty was sleeping soundly under her blanket and that my Doberman was out playing and living his best life. Put my mind at ease and made my heart smile. They are always worn out and while excited to leave, don't want to leave.
