It no longer feels as warm or welcoming, which is unfortunate. It is also too small to really continue serving my needs. Too much wait for equipment, gets very crowded upstairs especially when much of the usable space is being occupied by an obnoxiously loud class. You will get tired of hearing the same music on repeat if you come here often. I suggest earbuds and your own playlists. Also, they recently raised the prices and it just isn't worth it anymore. I recently put in my 30 days for cancelation and my husband will be following suit as he doesn't use it often enough to justify the continued cost.

The owner will threaten you verbally and physically and try to wheel and deal you into cancelling their membership. They double charge sometimes and randomly. They charge random days each month and it's usually never the same. It's happened to me a couple of times. They say they will take care of it but they don't. They are not a good business and they will take your money and make it impossible to cancel. They have multiple emails and multiple processes and multiple scripts on how to cancel your membership. You would think by telling and emailing the owner that you want to cancel would suffice, but that is far from the truth. This place is a sham and because of all these other horror stories I have read, I'm glad I escaped when I did. This is the first time I read the reviews and I was a member for years. the owner talks about this freely about not caring about the members and has no problem sending his members to collections because he knows he cons people into signing shoddy contracts that are impossible to get out of. This place deserves less than a star and it's sad because you can get a decent sweat here, but the owner is a horrible person.

I had two doctors notes for broken bones/injuries and I was charged for those months. I finally got an email response which was obvious that they hadn't read my previous emails. When I moved out of the area, I followed my contract to cancel. I unfortunately have been charged 3 months out and have had to dispute with my bank. I cannot in good faith recommend this gym given my experience and other reviews, which is a shame because there's so much potential within the neighborhood.

They have free parking in the lot around back which they share with the medical facility housed in the same building. Parking was ample in the lot during a Sunday 10am yoga sculpt class. Kat, our instructor, had amazing energy. She made the class feel like a big dance party. I felt so energized afterwards! I had a little trouble hearing her at times since she wasn't wearing a head mic and my friend, who hadn't taken a yoga sculpt class in years, said she had trouble following along as a result. Other than that, I had a blast and got in a great sweat! It seems to be a universal truth that all CP locker rooms are annoyingly small and narrow and this one isn't any different. It's nice that they have multiple showers but a little more space in the locker area would be appreciated. At every location I've tried, it's impossible not to get in anyone's way while grabbing your stuff/getting changed. I'm still a CorePower stan though and will continue to come back to try more instructors.

If it's your first time here, I would try to arrive a little earlier than usual since it took me 10 minutes to figure out where the studio was! You have to drive to the back of the building in order to park and access it. Once you arrive to the correct parking lot, you will see signs that lead you to the studio itself. The staff were super friendly and nice. They gave us a quick tour of the studio since it was our first time. The class itself was great and had alternative poses to make things easier/harder over rooms were stocked with almost everything you need to freshen up after class.

However, before I even stepped foot into the gym, multiple employees called and text me. I feel like this, and I am sure others do too, of I say I will be there on Monday, I will be there on Monday. Unfortunately, they will call and text you almost everyday, even after you share when you will take a tour. Look, I don't owe you any money, don't call me as if I do. I couldn't take the harassment and never even went to take a tour. If employees can't respect my time, I don't want to be a member.

He is very thorough, he teaches the basics if you are new to boxing, and gives a great workout. He has a varied range of classes from yoga, self defense etc. Check him out for sure.

I started going to the Fed Hill studio after they opened a few years ago as it was closer than the Harbor East studio (which honestly was my favorite in Baltimore). The demographic of the Fed Hill studio leans a little younger, but everyone is generally friendly. I see less diversity of age and ethnicity at the Fed Hill studio, but that has more to do with location. The music here isn't my favorite, but the coaches always seem open to feedback and suggestions. I've noticed that they're making an effort to increase engagement by adding different themes and events, which is great. Overall, I'd recommend this studio if you're in the area.
