Best Key Lime Pie in Hampton Roads. Have tried several but none were as good as this. I just wish it wasn't so far away.

It was refreshing and pretty tasty! They also offer vegan options, including vegan ice cream, which is a great choice for anyone looking for a dairy-free treat. One thing to be aware of, though, is the pricing on the add-ons. It appears the prices may have increased, but the price board has not been updated. The board lists add-ons at 50¢, but we were charged 75¢ for each add-on. Because of this, the final total was higher than we expected. Hopefully they will update the price board to reflect the current pricing so customers know what to expect when ordering. Overall, we would recommend this place for a cool and refreshing dessert, especially for those looking for vegan or dairy-free options. Just be sure to double-check the add-on prices!

It could be because I'm a military spouse, but I know my time in the 757 will end soon. After attending Tidewatercomiccon, I realized we were a short walk from Get Lost. It has been on my list to try since December 2024! I ordered a modified (I'm lactose intolerant ) @stormyblue Raz-Berry. The Raz-Berry is part of a fundraiser for @socialbutterfliesfoundation. May is Lupus Awareness Month. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks healthy tissue, affecting the skin, joints, and organs. It impacts an estimated 1.5 million Americans, and millions more worldwide. The Social Butterflies Foundation is the only nonprofit in Hampton Roads dedicated specifically to supporting those with Lupus and Fibromyalgia. They've helped over 2,500 people locally, and their work continues through community support and donations. $1 from each Stormy Blue Raz-Berry will be donated to the foundation.

I chose strawberry, but it was straight strawberry syrup. In hindsight, I probably should have gone with the ice cream option instead. The bigger issue was cleanliness. When I went to pay, the card reader had what looked like some oily substance on it. My tap payment wouldn't read, so I had to insert my card, and afterward, I had to wipe it down before putting it back in my wallet. It wasn't the best impression. The ice cream may be the main attraction here, but with so many great ice cream shops in the area, nothing about this visit really stood out enough to bring me back. If you're coming specifically for a matcha latte, there are probably better options nearby. Unfortunately, I don't see myself stopping in again.

The decor was really cute and everything on the menu looked really good. I decided to try their chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream mixed with a caramel pretzel ice cream (10/10) it was really good and the two ice cream flavors together ended up being a good choice; different from what I usually get. I def wanna go back to try their milkshakes and other items. My overall rate of experience : 9/10
