Location Location- Right across the FtL beach and next to the famous elbo room. Great modern decor with big screens for game nights and a huge bar area. Dining space is very inviting with patio as well as indoor seating. We got the fettuccine Alfredo with blackened chicken, fries and crème brûlée. The crème brûlée is actually 2- one vanilla and the other is chocolate.. personally liked the vanilla. Service was friendly but a bit slow.. Food is quite pricey.. well it's the beach after all! The bill had gratuity included, but I was informed that it's not included so I left about 20 more.. so for a 70$ check, I left about 30$ tip-bit insane.. read more

STOP SCROLLING -- THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO HIT BEACH HOUSE ON LAS OLAS! You know a spot is doing something right when the service, food, drinks, and vibe are ALL on point -- and Beach House on Las Olas understood the assignment! Let's start with the service because WOW... TOP. NOTCH. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and making sure we were good from beginning to end. No chasing anyone down, no waiting forever -- just good hospitality. And honestly, that deserves its own 5 stars! We kicked things off with the calamari, and that plate disappeared FAST. Crispy, flavorful, and a perfect starter. Then came the grouper for the main course. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. You know it's good when the table suddenly gets quiet because everybody is too busy eating. Now let's talk about the specialty drinks because this is where things got very Miami! The Coco Nuts and Dragon Breath were both a whole experience. Great presentation, great flavors, and definitely not boring drinks. These are the kind of cocktails that have you saying, "I'll just have one..." and then suddenly you're ordering another one. Between the food, drinks, atmosphere, and A+ service, Beach House on Las Olas definitely delivered. Las Olas + good food + good drinks + great service = you already know the vibe. Would I come back? ABSOLUTELY. Would I recommend it? 100%. Did I leave happy? You already know! foodie ninja shall return read more

Overlooking the ocean and having an aperol spritz and an appetizer makes for a nice light lunch. They had a raised area so you can really see the beach and you aren't necessarily on the sidewalk. Our waiter was quick and efficient and when I went to the ladies room and saw there was no toilet paper I told him and he was quick to fix that problem. The food looked very good there but we only ordered an appetizer this time. Hugh bar area and a massive stage for live music probably at night. They had football or soccer on since it is the World Cup right now. There are many places to choose from on this strip but we didn't want a bar we wanted a nicer experience and this was it. read more

SCAMMERS!!! Went in for 2 for one drink special $14 for 2. They charged us $18 per drink! DONT GO HERE! They also charged us (18% large group tip and 4% service charge) Horrible place! read more

Likely the worst meal I've had in years. I was dining with a vegan friend who specifically asked whether the restaurant could accommodate her dietary restrictions. She was assured they could. When her pasta arrived, she was told the dish contained mushrooms. After taking a closer look, those "mushrooms" turned out to be clams. Serving shellfish in a dish intended for a vegan is a serious mistake. I ordered the $36 lobster mac and cheese, which tasted like spiral pasta covered in Velveeta cheese sauce with a few pieces of lobster mixed in. It was bland, disappointing, and nowhere near worth the price. I took two bites and pushed it away. When we politely expressed our dissatisfaction with the food, the bartender's response was, "Well, just don't tip me then." Mistakes happen, but the combination of serving clams in a vegan dish, poor food quality, and an incredibly dismissive attitude made this one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time. I won't be returning. read more

Visited to watch a football game and have lunch. Signage everywhere on 2 for 1 drinks. They gave us drink menu, we ordered 2 different drinks from the menu provided. When I asked for another and confirmed they were 2 for 1 the sever said no. Only certain drinks. I informed him it was not made clear on all Their signage. Then when bill Arrived they try to sneak in a 4% credit card fee which I questioned. Overall felt like it's a bait in switch on drinks. Especially for the price. Food was decent. read more

Tonight's meal, Service, server, and atmosphere ranks among the best of the vacation. Ask for RICKY anytime you frequent this establishment. Provided excellent suggestions with pictures and was accommodating with special requests. Started the evening with a seafood sampler served on a tower. The entrees where first a surf/turf (filet and lobster) with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Next was a grouper and shrimp combo dinner. Last was a fish and chip dinner with lobster mac and cheese. For dessert, you must have the Creme Brûlée DUO, sorta like a YING snd YANG ending. read more

We were walking down the boardwalk and decided to check out the restaurants offered. The host let us know we can get 10% off and after checking out other restaurants (also offering different deals) we opted for beach house. The host and server were friendly. I ordered 2 for 1 mojitos. They also offered it for well cocktails. I ordered the SEAFOOD linguine as my meal. The gave me the option for red or white sauce. I opted for white wine sauce and overall it was tasty. It could've used a bit more seasoning but the food and drinks overall were okay. I did love that we could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. You can also sit inside! They also had sports playing in the background which was great . Restrooms were a bit messy, but the restaurant itself was clean! read more

Nice location next to beach. Good drink list, food is mostly seafood. I had a watermelon drink that was good but $21 so a little pricey. We also had bruschetta flatbread which was tasty. Server was very kind and attentive. It's a fine stop along the beach. read more

I thought this Beach House would compare to the one at Disney Springs and it does not. The service was horrible and there was nothing world famous about the French toast, they were more comparable to Denny's. Being across the beach was nice but the blaring music took away from the sophistication of this restaurant. read more

Beach House - World famous French toast and eggs Benedict. - Sports Bars Near Me - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I have been here twice this past month with different guests, and this place doesn't disappoint. Located across the street from the beach, the location is prime. It is in super touristy Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd and next door to very loud casual restaurants with hostesses trying to get you to go to their restsurant, so next door is a bit low rent, but the Beach House ambiance is several notches above. A modern look with tables indoor and outdoor on the patio. The bar is indoor and behind it is a giant screen with football on. The music was just loud enough and the acoustic so good it drowns out the insanely loud music from the places next door AND you can still carry a conversation. The food is really good. We had the flatbread which was delicious. But five stars go to the branzino with champagne risotto and the grouper imperial. They were fantastic, if pricey. Mixology was excellent. Shout out to Ricky who served me both times. I appreciate the great service with a smile and the discretion brotger, if you read this. read more

We had the best lunch here. I was so impressed with the servers. They were visible and available for anything we needed. We both got a bucket of Pina Coladas and it did not disappoint. There was plenty of alcohol in it. I could not recommend the grouper fish tacos more....they were the best I've ever had. My friend had a smash burger and it was delicious. I'm nosy and was watching all the food and drinks go by and everything looked so good. There's a great outdoor area that's shaded, a nice bar and inside seating. Bathrooms were clean. read more

Best place for brunch on the A1 in Ft Lauderdale. Outside seating allows you to take in the scenery and people watch. My suggestion is to get the espresso martini and fish tacos. Absolutely delicious. Friendly waitresses and decent prices for brunch. Try out the Beach House for something a little different than the run down Lauderdale bars on the strip. read more

Amazing beach dinner with my family. We had a sleeping baby so the staff sat us away from the speakers and in front of a fan. The service was incredible our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. We were never rushed and just relaxed enjoying a beautiful dinner by the water. Prices are no more than any other restaurant in the area. Food was delicious and we even got a percent off coupon. Will definitely come here again! read more

The smash burger was rated a 10/10, the shrimp dinner 10/10, the fettuccine was bland not much taste. Wings were good and crunchy 6/10. We waited about 10 minutes before being serviced. Sever wasn't friendly or welcoming. While checking out I selected "no tip" because I tip with cash and the server made it known "tip not included" and shook her head. Service wasn't worth tipping but I'm a firm believer in tipping servers. That remark was distasteful! read more

Wanted to find a nice lunch spot along the beach on las olas that was serving a brunch menu. Most weren't- it was either breakfast or full on lunch. I'm so thankful we walked a little further and found this gem. It's a much more modern decor- giving Cali vibes . It also was a lot cleaner than the other restaurants we passed . We were immediately sat down and offered water/ menus. Our server was also the bartender, but she was great! I loved the location bc it was perfect for people watching, while also admiring the beautiful ocean in the background. Inside the restaurant, there was a humongous tv playing fish which actually was beautiful . I've read they play sports games on there during the day so I'm sure it's perfect to watch some games in the afternoon/evening. I ordered the avocado toast which was hands down amazing. It tasted so good, and I cleaned my plate. They also have a $30 endless mimosa deal which is great because if you plan on having more than 1 , it just makes sense to do the endless version. My hubs ordered the smash burger which he loved as well. We ordered the fruit bowl for my son which was a very large bowl of fresh fruit. Loved this restaurant, and highly recommend. Much needed for las olas read more

The service here is impeccable! I have visited 2x, one outside on the patio and once at the inside bar. Both times I received excellent service and was able to bring my little dog both times and felt extremely cared for. Both visits I came for brunch and the food has been consistently good. I had the eggs Benedict and then the breakfast sandwich with avocado (definitely recommend to add the avocado) I would really like to come back for happy hour or dinner as I have visited their location in pompano and the food at dinner is really where they shine. Either way you can't beat the gorgeous view! Also for brunch I did the bottomless strawberry Bellinis which I recommend. Love this new addition to Fort Lauderdale Beach! read more

Beach House - Dog friendly patio (small dogs only I believe) and with an amazing view! - Sports Bars Near Me - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

On the Fort Lauderdale strip and after hours of bar hopping we were wanting to grab some food to end the night. The gigantic movie screen sized monitor playing basketball at the rear of the restaurant/bar caught my eye as we walked by. A few people laughing at the large bar overlooking the now late night darkened beach showed some possibilities. We entered the open front patio and cheered the DJ spinning tunes as my wife started dancing, then into the establishment and straight into the bathroom, which was clean but a disaster and under construction. Oddly, two sparkling new urinals affixed to the wall. The interior of the restaurant was super modern with red glowing lights behind the Beach House sign against the wall. Numerous untidy wires hanging from the ceiling near the stage where the basketball game was projecting. The perfectly sized menu looked promising with several tasty sounding entree options at reasonable prices like Grouper Imperial, Seafood Linguine, Fettuccine Alfredo, Jumbo Shrimp Dinner, Paneed Chicken, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and Fish & Chips. They also offered a few smaller bites like Fish Tacos, Ceasar Salad, Smash Burger and a Tropical Salad. Although, the menu provided some interesting possibilities, we were searching for a different vibe to end the night. Sadly, no consumption of food or drink at this location. Still unsure when this place opened due the the construction and may return to see the completed product and try a Smash Burger and a cold drink. read more

Tip on Percentage or Service? Has Tipping Gotten Out of Hand? My wife and I came in for lunch and had a great experience. We shared a meal, had one alcoholic drink, and received excellent service in a great atmosphere. The following day, my wife stopped by on her own for the same drink and asked for a table on the patio. She was seated quickly and ordered a margarita. She told the server she was only there for a drink. Before long, he informed her that his shift was ending and that Diego would be taking over. My wife even offered to close out her tab before he left, but he told her it wasn't necessary. After taking over, Diego refilled her water once. At that point, my wife asked for the check. The margarita bucket was approximately $25-30. She left a $2 tip. Diego then returned to the table and said, "Excuse me, but you only left me a 4% tip." My wife replied that she was aware. He then told her that the standard tip around there is 20%. She felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured. Diego was not the original server and had done little more than refill a glass of water. Regardless of the amount left, confronting a guest and attempting to guilt or pressure them into increasing a tip is unprofessional. As she was leaving, my wife mentioned the interaction to the hostess. Her response was, "Yeah, Diego is a jerk. He just got here." After hearing about the situation, I decided to give the restaurant another chance and see how management handled it. That evening, I requested Diego as our server. Instead, another gentleman came over. When I again asked for Diego, I was told no. The person who approached our table turned out to be the manager on duty. The manager proceeded to defend Diego's actions and stated that he would have done the same thing if someone left only $2 on a drink rather than 20% of the total bill. My wife and I ordered only water. Since the bill was $0, I left a $1 tip. By percentage, that's technically an 100% tip. The point was simple: tips are supposed to reflect service, not be mandatory fees enforced through pressure and confrontation. This review isn't about whether someone should tip 20%. It's about professionalism. No guest should be made to feel uncomfortable or pressured into leaving a larger tip, especially over a single drink. Management's decision to defend that behavior rather than address it was even more disappointing than the original interaction. read more

The service here was excellent. We were a party of 7 and the wait staff was excellent. Our drinks came out quickly and our food order came out all together and hot. The food was really good. The menu is diverse with seafood, burger, and chicken options. The front of the restaurant could be noisy but we were in the back and it was quiet enough to have conversations without yelling. It's a beautiful spot right across from the ocean. It was a bit pricey but it's also in a trendy area. I would highly recommend. read more
