The customer service was impressive--quick, friendly, and helpful. One concern I had was the rainy weather forecast. They assured me I wouldn't be charged for days when setup wasn't possible. That peace of mind sealed the deal. We arrived on Saturday, and by Sunday morning our tent and chairs were already perfectly set up. This continued like clockwork every day of our trip. We happened upon this shop (via the advice of locals). Mike put it together quickly, for free, and wouldn't let us give him any money. He was not only generous, but he was a good guy. He had a gentle, easy way about him - striking up genuine conversation with all of his visitors, like he was an old friend. I recommend either of his two shops to anyone visiting the OBX. I rarely give perfect scores to businesses. They most certainly deserve it. I heard him helping other people ahead of us in line and he knows his stuff.
