In addition, they changed their fish and chips from halibut to rockfish, offering only two pieces of rockfish for $17 vs the three pieces of halibut for $18. The new owners took over in April 2025. They haven't owned it very long and we heard they already have it back up for sale with a sale pending currently. The floor plan inside has changed a bit. They took out a row of booths and replaced them with bar stool seating. It doesn't look bad, but I'm not sure how much of the bar seating is actually used. We only come here for brunch or lunch. Overall the food was okay, but kind of pricey compared to their predecessors. The servers were the same as we remember. They are friendly, helpful and attentive. It's a decent restaurant, but I'm biased to the place I'm used to visiting every time we come to Yachats. Hopefully the new owners will pole the community on what they would like to see at the establishment, since they will be the main customer base.
