Can't even clean the full window.

    1. Hot and humid elevators. 2. Old beds with defined sunken areas from years of use. 3. Owners are the majority and really make visitors feel unwelcome. 4. Groundskeeper takes over 48 hours to clean trash by pool 5. Feel like you overpaid. 6. Constant disgusting dirty finds in condo from neglect. 7. Just to show you they do the bare minimum, I'll post a picture of their window cleaning from as I sit on a stained couch. Don't stay here.

Five stars aren't enough. DeeAnna has provided the absolute Hall of Fame insofar as a home away from home is concerned. Sonia and I were absolutely delirious about the digs. What impresses us most is the careful attention that DeeAnna and her people gave to all the small touches and amenities. There's not just an adult pair of scissors in the laundry room, but there's a child's pair also. There's also glue, paperclips, safety pins, beach towels, a pen, paper, you name it. There's not just a washer and dryer, but a name brand Maytag washer and dryer, heavy duty and expensive. Not just a go-to-hell refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, but Whirlpool brand. Not just silverware--and lots of it--but tongs, a cheese grater, a cheese slicer, half a dozen spatulas, tupperware out the wazoo. Not just a television but a BIG ol' television and Amazon Prime to boot! The furniture is beautiful, functional, and comfortable. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed. (Those of you who don't own one at home will never be the same.) The pool is large by any definition of the word--crisp and a little chilly in the morning and warm and inviting by late afternoon. The beach and the Gulf are beyond compare and the white sands of Navarre Beach are always warm, never hot. Contrary to some opinions, Navarre Beach DOES have several excellent restaurants and many adequate ones. For an unbelievable hamburger or shrimp tacos, go to Johnny Huston's. For something you don't eat every day (or month or year), try Thailand's Best LLC. Mexican food? Cactus Flower is dee-lish. Jersey Mike's Subs are hard to beat anywhere. We know a little bit about Italian food, having lived near St. Louis' "The Hill" area for years, and Bella Luna Italian Bistro compares very favorably. Sonia and I have already recommended DeeAnna's BHWP2B to two other people and we've been home only three days. DeeAnna seems to have thought of everything. This is the best vacation spot we've ever visited and I guarantee you, we WILL be back.

Ok..i own a rental unit there but this is a very nice property with all the amenities. The balconies are covered and 250 sq feet. The pool is the largest on the beach. The views of the Gulf and the inter coastal are terrific. Most of the time the beach is crowded.

This is a family oriented kinda resort. If you have kids, friends who have kids, then this place is perfect for you to kick back and enjoy the beach or pool the whole day. The condos are spacious and have an amazing view of the beach and ocean, ours had wifi, patio furniture to relax, tv's in every room with cable though we didn't quite use it. Also there was an option to rent a movie free that came with staying at the condos but we didn't quite get to watch tv. All guests were cordial which was nice and came from all over the place. Spent 3 nights and could have easily done 4 but shucks work waits for no man .

View from 12th floor east tower

Great spot, first time in Navarre and the amenities are nice, wish the pool was heated since the west tower shades the pool mid day. The beach needs some serious work and additional sand brought in but the condos are really spacious and fitness center was great! Even had a pull up bar (which is rare). Overall ill be back for sure but definitely in the summer months, not spring break too cold :)

The overall experience, not so much. Not that the property could do anything about it, but the first two nights the wall-neighbors locked their dog in the bathroom at night. Yip. Yip. Yip. The next night some others close by enjoyed a long session of some quite pungent weed on their balcony. This is our fourth night here and housekeeping has not been to the room once. The linens have not been touched, nor have the floors or bathroom. Last night I had to call down for a soap refill. Tonight I just called down for bath towels and to have the room swept (again, fourth night in an almost $600/night Marriott beach hotel, zero housekeeping so far) and they brought towels. I asked if someone could sweep for us, and they looked at me like I was asking them to solve an astrophysics problem. "Please just bring me a broom..." seemed to work. We come to Navarre annually. We have stayed here before and have recommended this property to friends. This is definitely the last time we will stay and moving forward we will warn friends rather than recommend this property.

There are a lot of outlets in the rooms. Toilet was very low, but facilities all worked well. The comp soap, lotion and shampoo/conditioner smell amazing and made my hair feel so smooth! The only off-putting aspect was since the doors are external, the wind made the doors rattle all night long and our room was by the elevator which creates a tunnel effect for the wind. We have stayed in Vacasa properties several times so I know their policies are uniform at all properties. But seriously, not providing ANY kitchen necessities is inconvenient at best and damn irritating at worst. For a 3 day stay, they really do expect guests to buy salt, pepper, cooking spray, dishwasher detergent and COFFEE FILTERS! Need foil, an SOS pad, detergent for more than one load (and fabric softener)? Go buy some! As in other rentals, every cabinet is full of WAY too many dishes (30 tumblers and glasses in this unit that sleeps 6!) but no space is vacant for the guests' groceries! I will say, one maintanance issue with our unit was addressed promptly and resolved. I've also observed guests get better attention if they rent more costly rentals.

If you're planning a trip to Navarre Beach, do yourself a favor and avoid all properties managed by Vacasa LLC. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we encountered nothing but problems. To start, the condo had a coded entry door followed by two keyed entries. Despite being provided with a code, we were never given a key. We initially entered the condo using the code, but when one of the keyed doors accidentally shut, we were locked out. What followed was a nightmare of incompetence. We called and messaged every contact number provided, only to be met with disbelief and rudeness. Several representatives outright denied the existence of a keyed door, and I was hung up on multiple times. Finally, after nearly two hours of waiting, I reached a representative named Cedric who, thankfully, took our situation seriously and promised to send someone with a key. During this time, my family and I were forced to wait outside in the humid Florida weather for almost two hours. This trip was meant to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday, but instead, we spent hours outside, watching her birthday cake melt into a sticky mess. When the manager, Leslie, finally arrived, she showed no urgency whatsoever. Accompanied by two friends, she casually walked up to the second floor, unlocked the door, and left without a single word of apology or acknowledgment. The lack of urgency and basic human decency was astounding. What if a child had been trapped inside, or worse, on the balcony? The property's indifferent response to this safety hazard is inexcusable. Our plans for a birthday dinner were completely ruined, with no accountability from the property. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of our troubles. Once inside, the property itself was riddled with issues. The refrigerator door wouldn't stay closed, forcing us to prop it shut constantly. All small kitchen appliances were dirty, or in poor shape. The furniture was stained and old. The kitchen table is leaning causing items to simply slide off on the floor. One of the bathtubs didn't drain properly, making it almost unusable as it took 20 minutes to drain after a shower. The cleanliness of the condo was subpar, dishes in the cabinets and drawers were dirty, there was a urine stain on one of the beds, and none of the bathrooms were clean. There was hair and grime in the showers requiring us to clean the entire space before we could relax. Moreover, the building's elevator had an inspection that was over a year out of date--a serious safety concern that I have documented and will be reporting to the fire department. During our stay, we also witnessed people engaging in explicit activities on a balcony, yet security seemed more concerned about policing my children getting out of the pool on time. Despite alerting security, nothing was done about the inappropriate behavior. To add insult to injury, after checking out on time and returning all wristbands as required, I was charged an additional $313. When I contacted the company to dispute this charge, they falsely claimed that we checked out an hour and a half late and left trash in the unit. This is an outright lie. I have Life360 screenshots proving when we left, and we were never informed that we needed to take out the trash, although all major trash was removed. I am now disputing these fraudulent charges with my bank and will be reporting this property to the appropriate authorities for the out-of-date elevator inspection. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of all properties owned by Vacasa LLC in Navarre Beach.

We found roaches during our stay, the condo was dirty upon arrival (fruit flies included), the washer and dryer smelled musty, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the patio furniture was filthy. The "fitness room" was outdated, poorly maintained, and barely qualifies as an amenity. Be prepared for extra costs and surprises. Beach chair rentals were expensive (you have to rent them daily), and the "starter kit" of supplies was of laughable quality --barely enough toilet paper or paper towels to get through the first few days, so expect to make a shopping trip almost immediately. The pool and hot tub are constantly packed-so have fun trying to find a spot to relax around that area. Avoid the stagnant standing water as well. Parking is another headache. The parking pass has to be displayed at all times or you'll get a towed, and the rules aren't communicated in a guest-friendly way. On checkout, you're expected to take out the trash and wash the dishes before leaving. While some rentals have checkout chores, it's frustrating to pay premium rates and still feel like you're doing housekeeping. Finally, if you're hoping for a relaxing day on the beach, be prepared for crowds. The beach is absolutely packed, with chairs practically on top of each other. If you don't reserve a rental, you'll need to be out there around 6a.m. to claim an unreserved spot-otherwise, you may not find any space at all. For the price, this property falls WELL short of expectations. A beachfront location can't make up for poor cleanliness, deferred maintenance, crowded conditions, and constant nickel-and-diming. We won't be returning or recommending this condo. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few dollars and to find a nicer place to stay. 2 stars for the beach view. That's it.

Summerwind, at least for our time there (mid-May) was quite nice! While large, it didn't feel like it (short of the view from the 14th floor). Elevators were readily available (huge bonus) and fast. The amenities were nice - including the little snack/souvenir shop that had all sorts of goodies. Our condo was very nice (not perfect, but very nice). I'm not reviewing the unit itself - moreso the property... However, the layout of the unit was excellent - organizing the important things (primary bedroom and living room - overlooking the beach) while separating the other bedrooms to the back of the unit. The beach is excellent (of course! That's why we go!). I was 50/50 on the pier being there. I'm not a fan of it (swimming hazard and I enjoy the view of an unobstructed gulf). However, it was also kind of cool seeing it out there. Near the end of our stay, there must've been some lifeguard training/ritual where kids were jumping off the pier into the water, then swimming to shore to ring a bell... If I were to stay in Navarre Beach again, I'd probably look to move west a little toward smaller condos. But if you stuck my in Summerwind again, I know I would have a good vacation.
