    Rented through them at Gulf Dunes West unit 513 and it was an absolute rat hole at premium price 5200.00 plus. Black mold, broken toilet seat, clogged up shower, broken deck door, it looks like a 90's spring break rat hole!!! We are infuriated and insulted to have been rented such a place. It should be condemned.

    We stayed in a Vacasa property named Emerald Waters in Destin Pointe. If I could rename this rental it would be called "Nothing But Neglect". This property started falling apart a long time ago and it is painfully obvious that the owners have no interest in updating it. I am surprised that Vacasa would allow for such a property to be marketed through their portal. I knew we were going to have problems when we arrived and found that the garage doors were rusted shut. This property was marketed as having four parking spaces. Because of the garage doors there are only two spaces. The grounds are all overgrown and filled with weeds and rats. There are missing screen doors on the entry level coming into the garage and backyard storage. There is rust everywhere and dilapidated and unusable patio furniture on every balcony. Every balcony (four total) was filthy with visible signs of rodent droppings. The furnishings on the inside are dated and dirty. The kitchen it very underwhelming with limited utensils, cookware, etc. There are several areas within the property that show signs of water leaks that have contributed to interior rust, mold and sheetrock damage. There are pictures in the Vacasa listing regarding a pool. The pool is not on the property and is nowhere to be found in the Destin Pointe community. At one time, this property had a lot of potential. Now, it is filled with nothing but deferred maintenance. There is an elevator that doesn't work. An ice machine that is left unplugged in the laundry room. Based on prior reviews I think the ice machine has been inoperable for well over two years. I have been coming to the Destin Pointe area for over 20 years. This is the first time I felt inclined to leave a review on a property I stayed in. I am in shock that Vacasa would market such a property in the condition it's in and heading into the busy summer months. Vacasa's customer service is very sterile with little if any personal contact. Everything felt automated and no one every addressed any concerns about cleanliness, the parking situation or any of the false/misleading marketing regarding this property. If you are on the www.vacasa.com website, look at Emerald Waters at Destin Pointe - Destin, FL. The listing number is 35604. If you are staying here at any point in the near future, I would bring your own cleaning supplies, make sure you are updated on your tetanus shots and prepare yourself for disappointment.

    I would give Vacasa a 0 if possible. The pictures that they use for advertising are fake!!!! We walked in and it was horrendous! Some the beds were broken and didn't even have a mattress on them. One of the toilets didn't work, the kitchen table was unusable because it was barely hanging on together. It seemed like it was going to fall at any minute. Furniture and pictures were missing. The stove was electric and one of the lights stayed on weather it was being used or not. I contacted Vacasa several times and was told that maintenance would contact me to fix these things. That was a joke. They blew me off and never back from the again. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY WITH A VACASA MANAGED PROPERTY!!!! They're all about the money and don't care about the guest.

    Would give negative stars if possible. We rented a condo at Ariel Dunes I 1805 112 Seascape Miramar Beach, FL 32550 back on August 16, 2023 and it was Discussing!! When we arrived at 4:30 the cleaning lady was still there with her five children and that was the beginning of disaster. The condo had black mold roaches stains on every piece of furniture and was the nastiest place I have every been in. We immediately called Vacasa and I am still getting a the run around on October 16, 2023. Vacasa is very deceptive stated they were giving a full refund but now it's only the fees 270.00 out of almost 1300.

I…read morereally feel we were taken advantage of due to memorial wknd but I advise anyone whoever goes to Navarre to NEVER use this place, or any places affiliated with the owner Thane Creech. This has been the biggest shitshow of any condo we have ever stayed at. When we booked months ago we were booked at the Pearl which sleeps 6 in which we have family staying with us. We were told a month ago after we had paid for everything over $2000 to change to the Regency because this room only slept 4 people, but they were advertising 6. We went back and forth and I told her we would like to keep our room so that was that. Friday morning the day we are on our way we get another phone call by the same woman who once again says we need to change our room, but this time it's because of fire code and only sleeps 4 people. So her and my husband go back-and-forth for a minute and she then tells us I don't know why it still says 6 people on there it's supposed to be changed and we will be changing that today. Along side of this, she had the nastiest attitude because my husband was putting her in her place of how everything is and they were going to cancel our reservation if we did not change to another hotel so we did. We only got to stay the one night in the Pearl due to we were already on our way, and there were no rooms available at the Regency so this is where the shit show comes in, she told us we would have another room ready at the Regency the next day and when we get down there halfway through the drive we get another phone call that there was a mishap and that they are moving us to another room still at the Regency but it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow and they don't know what time. But also we have to pay another $200 cleaning fee which now we are almost at $3000 at this point. Saturday morning comes so once we had gotten our families up to this condo unpack several things we already knew we would have to change over but we also explained to them that we were doing my sister-in-law's wedding and me and my sister-in-law went to the office Saturday morning to talk with the same lady if it is ok if the bridal party could get ready in our condo due to all of this going on and she told us yes. But also before we even got the whole question out we literally just said is it OK and she started shaking her head no so that was a bitch ass move. We can confirm this conversation Saturday morning around 10 AM. Look at the camera if need be. Time goes on and due to us having to switch around condos in the midst my sister-in-law misplaced her parking pass and went to the office to go ask for another one but this time it was the owner Thane Creech and he was so disgustingly rude, and was upset at the woman that said the bridal party could get ready in our condo and made a statement "I could just choke her" And stated that he should have canceled our reservation yesterday because he already knew we were going to be a problem, while holding his little dog btw. We finally got into the Regency around 2 PM but due to fear of being kicked out of being told one thing and told another the bridal party had to get ready elsewhere and threw the whole day into chaos. On top of being moved to the Regency we were also downgraded amenities so we were paying more. At the Pearl we had two pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center, at the Regency there was only one pool, no hot tub but did have a fitness center. I will never again in my life use this company or anything affiliated with this man's name. He is a disgustingly rude person and so was the woman working with him. Also, in paying a $200 cleaning fee, you would think there would be no trash in there top to bottom corner to corner left to right and an empty liquor bottle was found under our dresser, which is not hard to see by the way. They still have not changed the room from 6 people to 4 people as you can see from the photos posted it still is on there. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and strongly advise anyone and everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Gen mgr for our bldg came and he was on the phone w the cable company for at least 30 minutes....it was hard to watch the GM stay cool while I wanted to rip the phone out of his hands and tell the guy on the phone to get this fix'd. So, we were told it would be "FOUR" days w/o internet and cable t.v. I about blew a gasket when I contacted Navarre Properties for compensation, and I was told they weren't responsible for that issue. Quote: it's the owners responsibility UNQUOTE. 4 adults and 4 kids w their phones and iPads.....grrrr! This is why I chose you to rent to me as a representative of the owners. At this point, I would only give them 1 star. HOWEVER, great grandson lost his glasses the last day and didn't tell anyone until yesterday. I contacted Navarre Properties and yes they had them, and they would be shipped to his address (of course at my cost). I have rented at Summerwind through friends of friends, Vrbo, and homeaway. It's nice to have an office to walk up to to discuss any issues you may have. I would have given them 5 stars, but 8 people w/o internet 4 days and no compensation, I probably should have just given them one star, but they found Kenney's Glasses, so my heartfelt thanks for this.

Only one elevator worked for the tower, so it took a little Longer. Each tower has a hot tub & pool & bbq pits. Our hot tub was broken the whole week. Nice place next to the pier. AC worked well! We enjoyed this place, not a busy area like most beach areas.

The only small issues we had were that the fans had…read morea high and off setting in the living room, nothing in between and the bedroom fan on low barely moved. A medium setting would be nice and also longer pull chains so you're not in danger of getting whacked by the blades trying to change the speed. Also, the shower head really needs replacing as the spray is so light and fine it's hard to wash yourself let alone your hair. Lastly, the bed frame needs tightening because the slightest touch and it wobbles all over, bumps the wall and creaks. Moving around in it was worse. My husband tightened up the legs on the dining room table. Regardless, none of these very small issues detracted from us enjoying our stay. The view is phenomenal and the condo very clean and well stocked with all you need to cook meals, not that I did any cooking. haha THE BEACH!!! it's sooo beautiful. We spent time on the beach relaxing, but we also went on a dolphin cruise in PCB, a tiki cruise to Crab Island and parasailing in Destin. We drove 399 to Pensacola and got yummy ice cream on the boardwalk. We ate at Dave's oyster bar in Navarre and I had my first ever oysters, they were really good. We also ate at Pineapple Willy's on the beach in Destin,TC's front porch in Navarre and really enjoyed those. You must get Pineapple Willy's namesake drink with the extra rum shot. We had dinner at Windjammers on the pier and it was very tasty. Their triple rum punch is no joke, it's a good thing I only had to walk next door to our condo. Lol Shopping was not as successful as the rest of our trip, but we finally found some things in Destin right as you come off the bridge coming back from Destin or before the bridge going to Destin. The only place I could find anything with Navarre on it was Walmart which was a letdown. Navarre needs a few small souvenir stores, not the big ones though. Navarre properties were attentive to ALL my emails and calls regarding our stay before we got there. They were always friendly and polite whether by email, messaging or in person. My husband reported a problem with the tub in our condo backing up and they fixed it that same day while we were out and about. When we left we had set the dishwasher, but forgot to turn it on. They unlocked the door remotely so we could do it. They are amazing and so pleasant to interact with. We'd hung a flag on our balcony for 911 and the security guy who came up and asked us to remove it was very nice about it explaining that it's against the rules to hang anything from the balcony. He even stated he felt bad because of what day it was. We removed it right away. We had the best time ever! The whole property is well kept and all the people are so friendly. Access to the beach is a breeze and most of all THE VIEW!!!!

    we've rented different condos at navarre towers because we love the quiet beach there. many like…read more502 are dark and furniture is old and uncomfortable. 505 was okay but the balcony had two nasty drenched rugs and dirty patio furniture. the Air conditioner had a problem making a loud noise ( management and owner were aware) and we had to deal with it. i will be careful where i rent at Navarre Towers and never 505 or any condo under Southern Vacations again.
