Then quoted me $750 to do the repair. He would only apply $50 of the $228 charge towards the repair. when I have had to deal with the Volkswagen dealer, if they charge you to look at a problem, they apply that fee towards the repair. He was not willing to do that. So I said I'm not gonna do the repair (because now I just don't have any trust ) and I took it somewhere else. I still had to pay the $228 to Mike for him to essentially give me an estimate/ Make a phone call - The other mechanic that I often go to in Mission Viejo charged me $309 for the part and $112 for labor. This garage wanted to charge me twice the price and gouged me. I will never go back there again. FYI- I have been going to this repair garage for over 10 years.

The dashboard had to come off for the work, so I understand some things had to be moved. However, when I picked my car up they hadn't bothered putting the passenger floor mat back down. Instead it was on top of the seat. They also didn't bother plugging my phone charger back in. I found it tossed in the back seat. The next day I noticed grease stains all over the interior ceiling. The shop let me bring it back in and cleaned them, but now there are just parts of the fabric with a different texture (and still slightly discolored...) from being scrubbed. When I'm spending $2,000 at a shop, I expect my property to be cared for and not returned to me in a worse condition. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

No heads up, no responsibility--just left it there knowing it could get towed... and guess what? It DID. Now I'm stuck dealing with towing fees because of their employee's stupidity. When I called them, they acted like it wasn't their problem at all, even though their own worker was doing side work on their property. Zero accountability. Just excuses. I even told them I was going to take this to court, and their response? "Yeah, we'll see about that." That right there tells you everything you need to know about how they treat customers. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your money here. These people do not care about you or your vehicle.

If you own a Mercedes then skip getting ripped off at the dealership and go see Nick!…read more I got pricing from local Mercedes-Benz dealership which I thought was high and then I gave Nick a call. We talked through the pricing and everything was beating what I was quoted from the dealership. First thing I noticed when I walked into their business was all his family photos. It's nice to talk with someone on a personal level and not feel like a number like I do at the MB dealership. I got a service in which Nick beat the quoted price from the dealership. I was having some brake issues and knew that I needed new pads and possibly new rotors. Nick was very honest and let me know that only my front pads needed to be changed and that my back pads still had more use ahead. He also let know my rotors were good so no need to change. I will be bringing my car back to Nick moving forward.
