Welp, Mox uses Lineage coffee beans and as it turns out, the coffee cart is now a very well established brick & mortar roaster with amazing coffee beans!! I went to buy some and the gentleman running the place (very kind and had great suggestions like a maple steamer for the littles!! Cute!!) was sold out of the Lineage coffee beans this week.
