I am a bit of a skeptic as well and have tried to meditate on my own a long time on and off but can never clear my mind or get "un tense" Anywho, upon entering Tom's studio I felt a serenity that I was seeking for a long time. I've had a lot of work stressors and have had a family member very ill and a lot was weighing on my mind. Tom explained the healing practice in laymans terms and made me feel at ease. He uses all natural ingredients in his healing and has you relax on what you would consider to be a massage table. Relaxing meditative music is played as Tom concentrates on energy points ( head, feet, shoulders). I felt my mind racing as it does however this time I felt more focused and the things I was thinking of were the things that matter most to me in life and none of the trivial things that have been bothering me. Time seemed to fly and 40 minutes later the healing therapy was done. Tom is one of the nicest folks I've come across and I feel this is his true calling helping people. I highly recommend this service if you need any type of therapeutic healing, and need to recenter your mind and body. Dr. Blanche is treating patients in one of the most Lyme endemic area of the country, yet she ignored the elephant in the room when treating me. She made a profit by treating my symptoms and not even mentioning the possibility that Lyme (or a co-infection) could be causing them. My regular doctor on a fluke tested me for Lyme. After a few courses of antibiotics prescribed by a Lyme literate doctor I got my energy back and most of my symptoms faded. It was irresponsible not to even mention it as a possibility.
