I do like how big the location is, but most of the time it is very busy with a lot of people and with limited machines and equipment to work with, it is not worth joining this gym. There were people sitting on the weight rack and no one cleans after using machines. I got a guest pass to come in the mornings, but was not allowed to use it since they said the activation needed to be done by other staff that does not come in until later in the morning which was pointless to me, they should make a note that guest passes can't be used at certain times.

Prior to my first flight at Arrival, I had never tried a CrossFit class. By the time I finished my first WOD, all of my fears and preconceived notions surrounding CrossFit culture were disarmed and I immediately felt part of a new community. After a couple years of inactivity, I had been craving to get back into my body - to be comfortable with and proud of myself - but did not have the knowledge to do so on my own. Now, after a short time at Arrival I am beginning to feel powerful, strong and excited to work out again. It was very easy to reserve my spot to store luggage at this facility. I was coming from Newark airport and I needed to drop off my luggage for a few hours so that I could participate in an event and not have to lug it around the city. It's very easy to check in with the information that was sent to me an email before I had arrived. They made sure that my bag was secure and labeled. At no point did I feel like there was going to be any issues with my bag based off of the room that houses the luggage and the procedure of handing my baggage over to them. I stored my luggage here for about six or seven hours, and there was no issues with retrieving my luggage when I came back. It was the same procedure as check-in almost. It really was a lifesaver for me because I did not want to carry my baggage for seven hours on my back and it was very reasonably priced. Accessing the facility is reasonably close to Newark Penn Station and it's just a short walk. Thanks a lot.

The workouts are challenging but definitely doable and the trainers push and encourage you to finish but also to use correct form to prevent injuries. My favorite classes were ones taught by Bao and Marco, but you really can't go wrong. I've even tried their yoga, pilates, and boxing classes Each class left me feeling stronger and accomplished!
