We booked a room for two for just the headspa service, which was nicely lit and smelled amazing with relaxing music. Lily and Tina serviced us, these ladies gave such a wonderful massage and scalp treatment and treated us like royalty. Usually I get pretty anxious and tense when I'm approached with unfamiliar physical contact but they both did an amazing job at setting a relaxing tone. I literally almost fell asleep (and I'm usually ALWAYS on high alert/tense) because it felt so good. THEY WERE GETTING UP IN THERE. Ever heard of that tiktok audio "FUHHH U DIGGIN IN MEEE"? lmao thats literally what kept replaying in my head as she worked my scalp. Everything from the robes, blankets, bed, and products were a 10/10 it was so easy to lose track of time. My friend and I both agreed that hour went by so quick lol! My hair looks and feels amazing after the final blow dry; they used dysons so it wasn't overly hot or loud. Also bonus points for the little snacks and drinks they provided, so cute. Pricing was a breeze and I definitely felt like we got a great deal. They are a new spa however so I'm expecting prices to increase over time but even still now is definitely a great time to book for the value! They also offer other services like a full body massage, foot massage, facials, and RMT massage (double the price because they are licensed massage therapists). Will 100000% be returning and recommending to everyone! TIPS: 1: Parking and entrance is at the VERY BACK of the building. 2: Bring cash!! It's not required (they take tap to pay and card) but it will save you 10% off your total. They have an ATM if you want to pull money. 3: You have the option to receive a headspa treatment with their brand new massage beds for the same price as being on a normal massage bed, but they are very popular and first come first serve so the receptionist recommended calling ahead of time.

The lady who I had today for my head spa was Linda. She was very friendly and gave exceptional service. The head massage was very relaxing and I liked how I had the room to myself. The head massage starts with some aromatherapy and deep breathing followed by the head massage. They then wash your hair twice, condition, and rinse it off. Afterwards, you get a shoulder massage. Once the massage is done, you go to another room where you get your hair blow dried. They have Dyson hair dryers and use salon products like the Revlon and Moroccan Oil. I noticed on their website that they mention you might be sharing a room. However, if you don't want to share a room you just have to mention it in your booking. Good to know since I wasn't aware the first time around. Linda made my spa visit very enjoyable that I will definitely book with her in the near future.

The second time I went I got Casey, who let me tell you girl, is GRREAT. You know when you search forever to try and find a hairdresser who you vibe with and does a great job? That's Casey. She became my micro girl after my second treatment. She was very informative and down to earth. We get along so well and she always does a great job. I'm super sad she is graduating and I will have to find a new person to do my up-keeps once a month. However, I'm glad I got the majority of my treatments from her. Most people don't know, but the Humber spa is open to anyone. Their prices are AMAZING. Micro is only $60! Sometimes they go on special for $40! Can you find any other spa that offers these kinds of prices? I know some people might be skeptical because they are students, but these are students in their final semester ready to graduate. The info is fresh and they also have supervisors guiding and watching over them. The best thing is that the facility is CLEAN. You can guarantee that. That's something that's really important to me. TIP: If you find an aesthetician that you like, it's totally okay to re-book with them! They actually encourage that, so students know what it's like to get repeat clients. Also, there is no tip option on the machine when you pay. It's not expected, but if you do want to tip, it's cash only. Don't forget to tip, the students don't get paid for their work at the spa, so tipping is especially important. After a little break from any treatments I decided recently to give this clinic another shot as it…read moreis very conveniently located to me and I have a very special event coming up the end of this month. Graciously they gave me the introductory special because I hadn't been back in over a year, however I know they didn't have to do that. I found out there is parking in the back which as you know always makes things so much better for me. I was able to make an appointment over the phone very quickly without any issues and got the intro special as I stated. The decision to get the treatment done was pretty last minute so I was so happy they were able to accommodate me. The secretary was very polite, I filled out the usual forms and was promptly seen by a lovely woman who interviewed me about my history with the treatment (Botox) and what I was planning to accomplish with the visit. She was very forthcoming and friendly, answered my questions clearly and was very knowledgeable without being pushy. My injector was Angel who was extremely professional and efficient; in past experiences elsewhere I have told my injector what I specifically wanted and often got the answer that I needed to do more of my forehead to get a "balanced" result. However I was listened to here and ended up getting the kind of result I wanted in the end without all the extra units. I saw the Dr via Skype and Angel commenced with the treatment which was literally painless for me making the process very quick and easy. The intro special actually covered most of the cost I only had to pay a little bit more which is pretty rare. The effects kicked in for me within about one week, but I was noticing a little bit of lifting on the top of my forehead that concerned me somewhat. When I was getting the initial treatment done, Angel said she hadn't done the full units, she left 3 because its better to get a touch up then to have a result you don't like and cant really fix till it wears off. I actually prefer that as one of the main concerns I discussed with them is this treatment going over board and having a static forehead that looks unnatural. When Angel did her follow up email I told her about my concerns so she told me to book a touch up which I did without any issues and now I am thrilled with the results. I really do like how they check up on you and how easy it is to book and get the results you want without any surprises and extra costs. I actually found that the customer service here was better then I received elsewhere, I feel like they really do want to give the best possible results and service which I appreciate very much. I find their prices very competitive and the key thing I like is the way they listen to you as a client and individual as not everyone wants or expects the same thing when getting this sort of treatment done. I will be returning to continue getting my Botox here as I am quite happy with the results and the service
