I have been using Quality West Heating & Cooling for a number of years to have our boiler tuned up…read more Rob and his team did a great job maintaining our old, 51 year old boiler until it had to be replaced. There was no hard sell just discussion of facts as well as the shortcoming relative to health and safety items that were not up to code. We ended up having Quality West replace our boiler, add an additional zone to the basement and install three thermostats, one for each floor. Rob and his expert team (Bob and "The Kid") did a wonderful job and performed the job in 2.5 days. They setup very efficiently and cleaned up well. Bob was very thorough in explaining the system and labeled all of pertinent components. The system functions as it should and was within our budget. Overall the job displayed the craftsmanship that Quality West promised. I will continue to use Quality West for all of our boiler needs. Thank you!

My AC died about a month ago. Unfortunately it was not repairable (tried that and it didn't work)…read more I called 3 AC companies to get estimates for repair vs replacement. Ultimate Heating and Cooling was the most professional, took extra time to discuss changing some venting to improve airflow, and thoroughly looked over my existing furnace as well. The representative didn't try and talk me into a model that was overpriced, offered suggestions to try and prolong my existing furnace (ended up replacing that as well), and took time to go through my old house to examine all the vents and airflow. The gentlemen who did the work were fast and efficient - new furnace and AC in one day! All mess was cleaned up and the new system explained. The whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend this company.

Extremely disappointing experience, absolutely avoid!!! If…read moreyou want to be completely disrespected as a woman, spoken to in a deeply condescending manner, and treated as if you couldn't possibly understand basic technical issues, then this is the company for you. They charged us for an inspection that was clearly not done properly, pushed us to replace perfectly functional parts at nearly 10 times the market price, and literally laughed in my face while telling me my HVAC system was "shitty" and needed to be replaced. Three days later, the system had another issue because they completely failed to identify the actual problem. We were then pushed yet again toward more interventions and more part replacements by a manager who had never even seen the HVAC system himself and could only give vague explanations about what the issue "could" be. When I later requested my file, pictures, and full documentation from the visit, nothing was ever sent. No transparency whatsoever. We finally contacted another amazing company ALTITUD BRO HVAC-- which I strongly recommend -- and unlike UHCPC, they actually inspected everything properly. They identified the issue immediately and charged us only $400 for something that probably would have cost us over $2,000 with UHCPC. What a joke. And the funniest part? They're apparently just as bad with plumbing. We worked with them in the past on another property and, after charging us over $20,000, not only were they unable to properly fix the issues, but they also damaged one of our showers. Matt Robledo, the owner, even told us he had to fire his plumber Dave because "he was not good" and promised us compensation or future repair credits. Of course, none of that ever happened. Once they take your money, they seem to forget your name very quickly.

My mother-in-laws air conditioner was not working so I decided to call them for service on her nearly 40 year old system. Tristan came out and I truly expected the old proverbial "well this system is so old it needs to be replaced." To my surprise I didn't get that! Tristan had the problem diagnosed within a couple of minutes and showed me exactly what had happened and why the AC wasn't working. He was able to repair the unit with a new part and Did Not over-charge. I know how hard it is to find good help these days. I think all business owners struggle with this. Greg uses fast food parts...cheap yes...quality NO. If you choose to use Weatherbee I also strongly recommend opening a new bank account and put the money you "saved" into that account....you're going to need it later to fix his work. Greg the owner caused $1006 worth of damage after he came out to fix his budget/faulty install. The fast food Shark Bite he uses to install water heaters started leaking and corroding in less than a year. During his warranty repair he flooded the utility room, didn't clean up the water, didn't turn the water heater back on after he flooded it (ice cold showers for everyone!), forgot to turn the sprinkler supply valve back on (never should have been turned off in the first place but he doesn't know the difference between a sprinkler supply shutoff and a water main shutoff). He left the sprinkler valve off which caused a pump in the system to run dry and burn out. $1006 for a new pump. I don't know about you, but unfortunately I don't have a "what to check after your plumber leaves without saying anything to anyone" checklist. We mistakenly trusted THE OWNER of Weatherbee Plumbing. Yes we attempted to contact Greg many times before posting this review, he chose to be a coward and never responded. Thanks Greg!
