Had to stalk her at next class to talk in person, and she refused a refund and didn't care about my concerns. emailed again inquiring about not being given the first responder discount I was supposed to get that month, no response. just so unprofessional and rude. Instructors change frequently which is not comfortable for small Kids. The instructors are children themselves and some dont Seem comfortable working With kids. The director is usually hiding in her office with the door closed leaving young new instructors struggling. I do not recommend.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My kids worked with two different swim coaches who were quickly able to determine what skills my kids had already mastered and hone in on which skills they are ready to start working on. I was very impressed with the fact that they were in the pool for the full 30 minutes of their lesson, unlike other swim schools we've been to in the past. I'm beyond thrilled that this new business has opened in our area!

If you miss a class you receive a make up token but you can't actually use that on the day of your enrolled class, it has to be another day. So you will basically be charged for every class at the beginning of each month, regardless of how many make up tokens you have - which doesn't really make sense to me. Instead of problem solving the person I spoke to on the phone talked over me and just unenrolled my toddler from the class. She said we will be switched to "a pay as you go" instead. A few minutes after the call I checked my account and all the make up tokens were gone because she used those as credit for the month. I didn't even get the chance to verify how many make up tokens I had left. We have a pool at home and loved these classes to teach my son the skills needed to swim. My plan was to keep my son enrolled because he just started really enjoying the lessons but we will just carry on with the lessons learn from his swim coach Delisa.
