My kids worked with two different swim coaches who were quickly able to determine what skills my kids had already mastered and hone in on which skills they are ready to start working on. Had to stalk her at next class to talk in person, and she refused a refund and didn't care about my concerns. emailed again inquiring about not being given the first responder discount I was supposed to get that month, no response. just so unprofessional and rude. Instructors change frequently which is not comfortable for small Kids. The instructors are children themselves and some dont Seem comfortable working With kids. The director is usually hiding in her office with the door closed leaving young new instructors struggling. I do not recommend.

That is a good deal if you go every week, for sure. A lesson is usually $33 which is crazy expensive. Had to dock a star because they definitely dock 3 minutes from your 30min lesson. Assuming it's to give time for the transition between classes, but that comes at a cost for the paying customers. I know it's only 3 minutes, but a 30min class is already so short. Wish there were more dryers because there's always a line for it.
