I was finally able to have a call back from these folks and was able to book an appointment. The establishment is clean and the staff were friendly. We received a 60 minute massage. The massage was 'okay'. It felt like someone just rubbing oil on you. The pressure was kind of weak. I felt awkward bringing it up more than once. After we redeemed our gift card, there was an issue with gratuity. When we were gifted this a few years back, our friends mentioned they had added 20% tip. I believe the price of the massage went up, which makes sense. However, the front desk person made it seem like prices haven't changed and it was odd that the tip was so little. It would have been nice if they were just honest with why the top was much less now, which is probably because the price of the massage went up. I would probably check out another place.

My artist knew how to match my expectations and skin tone to the right color/shade of tan that they offer perfectly! I ended up looking bronzed and almost airbrushed appearing for my beach vacation, and not a tinge of orange. Highly recommend.
