However, unfortunately I was not a fan of her work on me, specifically the color. When she showed me the result at the salon I was satisfied because it was close to what I had stated I wanted. However, by the evening that same day, my hair was already beginning to turn into this ugly orange color. I contacted her the following day and she was able to see me that same day to apply more toner. However, within a day or two my hair was back to the same ugly orange. I hated it! I regret not contacting her and having it fixed, however, due to my busy work schedule and the fact that I reside San Diego, it would be difficult to keep driving back up especially if the solution was only to apply more toner. My experience was not all negative, however, Suzy is very welcoming and kind, her salon is very cute and clean and she really takes her time and the work did not feel rushed. In summary: Pros: - Suzy is kind and welcoming even when I expressed concerns about the color she quickly booked me for the next day to attempt and fix it at no additional cost (however this was only a temporary solution as my hair went back to the same ugly color within a few days) - cute and clean salon Cons: - limited availability, not very flexible for someone who works full time, when I booked my appt Sept 2021 she had no weekend or evening availability, I think shes only available like 3-4 weekdays not sure if this is something that has changed - pricey for the quality - I ended up paying $500+ for a RezoCut with no wash ($125) and highlights ($350) and some products she recommended ($75) plus the tip. Now, if I loved the work I wouldn't have mind paying that amount but the fact that I paid that much for a look that I ended up hating is very disappointing. Will be hard to trust anyone else with coloring my hair after this experience! As far as the cut, I wasn't very happy with that either, I had gotten a DevaCut before at another salon and preferred the other ladies' work. After getting my hair fixed at another salon they agreed that the work that had been done was not good. Unfortunately, due to this experience I will not be returning.

If you have long hair and you're picky about who handles your hair please read. Vicki is WONDERFUL!!!!!! I had to find a new stylist and was very nervous because I have long hair (a little pass shoulders) and I wanted someone who really knew what they were doing, and wasn't scissors happy. I read great things about Vicki and decided to contact her. She's so professional and easy to talk to. Hair is not a job, it's her passion. I recently had to get a trim which I was scared, YES SCARED, to do especially with a new stylist, but Vicki is not scissors happy. My hair came out so beautiful and it's now healthy. Before I walked out the door of the salon, I got a compliment, even my boyfriend falls in love with my hair every time Vicki does it. Her daughter is her assistant, she's so nice and sweet and does a wonderful job too. The Salon is not like most salons where you're sitting in a big room with many other customers getting their hair done, it's a big salon with personal studios, which I really like. Vicki can do amazing things with all types of hair. If you're in need of a stylist in a nice safe neighborhood and comfortable environment, my advice is to contact Vicki.
