Said the tracks for old door look solid, could save us money by keeping/using for new door. I said " sounds good" he said he'd get the estimate to me and get us on the schedule. 2 weeks later have never heard from them. Called and got a long excuse for delay (no apology). When I mentioned tracks was told they come with the kit and not taking them would only save $25. I'm like "really?" There are several garage door companies in town, all with comparable products/pricing. Take a tip from a small business owner--when you screw up the correct response is: "I am so sorry we dropped the ball on this, Mr. XXXX, be assured we are going to go the extra mile to make up for it. Let's talk about how we can keep your business." Nobody likes excuses

I was looking for vinyl plank flooring and Sean showed me some. However, after listening to what I…read morewanted in FLOORING, he recommended laminate. They carry a brand called mohawk which is apparently extremely highly rated and durable. I wanted to think about it and came back and spoke to Will, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. He let me take their floor samples home to see how they would look! Unfortunately the colors available did not match my house. However, Will was able to help me find a really nice carpet for my stairs and home office. It is pet proof, as well! It feels so soft walking on the "Heritage" carpet and the coloring is such that dirt won't show. They were also cheaper than the carpet I had originally planned on getting. Will made the experience so easy! I had never heard of them before, but I am glad my house painter mentioned them. I strongly recommend them.

I called to follow up and was told I would get a call back, but that never happened. After a third call a few days later, I was finally given the shrub names and told I was "in the system" and should expect a follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate or any follow-up communication. It's disappointing to have someone come to your home, seem helpful in person, and then completely drop off with no follow-through. This situation also set me back on my spring landscaping plans. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
